The place is allright. It is intended for people wishing for a short stay during a business trip. Quiet after 22:00.Room was a bit cold actually.

Quite old complex, clean. No elevator, no AC, no even a fan. Strongly not recommend room on 3th floor during the hot days. Kitchen one per floor. Taking a shower is a challenge since the water temperature is changing each few sec form hot to cold…

Extremely basic hotel; accommodation oriented toward migrant workers. 1 pillow, basic 2”mattress, 1 towel, no clothing closet.Kitchen on each floor and the smell of cooked fish permeates through the floor.

This is absolutely not a business hotel.Breakfast was hardly visible. Rooms have hardly any amenities. More than one night is not acceptable...

Absolutely NOT recommended, I booked for 3 nights and received booking confirmation on the day of arrival I was informed that there was no room available for me, they forgot to put me on the list for the occupancy of the rooms 🤬 They are still working with old people Method (pen and piece of paper to reserve the rooms) but I got the last free room for one night at a high price.Rooms aren't really great, there's no table, but there's a nice soft mattress to sleep on.For breakfast, the selection was very limited, not exactly great. The dining room is a small bar (breakfast is laid out at the counter, everything is placed very high, so to speak, there are few places to sit, in some cases it is only possible to sit on bar stools.I would never book a room there again and trust them because despite the booking confirmation there was no room.And they are almost impossible to reach by phone.Stay away from the hotel

Business definitely not. The hotel is absolutely run down. It's pretty good for mechanics, but we also have demands. Rarely have I had such a bad stay. Rooms worn out, carpet full of stains, windows old, tiles in the bathroom a disaster, beds clean but through. For the price per night without breakfast, you should also invest in the rooms.

Under this name you imagine pure luxury [I did that].I already arrived at the reception with the end of the deception.In the GDR this was probably once a luxury hotel. Since then, less has happened.The price of €90 per night is not justified. Even at €45 you can expect a clean room.Shame on you to offer something like that.The hotel is probably only inhabited by monitors. And that's how it's set up.The thing that struck me as positive is that you can sit very well by the lake.Best regards, Karsten Daily

So you should definitely read the reviews!!! There is nothing exaggerated. The house is not a business hotel at all...if you're looking for emergency accommodation it may be fine, but otherwise it's 0. The service staff does everything here from reception to cleaning.....she comes shuffling up in Latschen and can only speak very little German (that's... then probably business). Ancient eastern building...it's probably functional but that's about it....Well, at the last minute there probably isn't much left here around Berlin 🤣So 210 euros for two nights is definitely too much!!!!Maybe you could do something with it here because the location is the only thing that's okay here. Even the outside area is rocked.Sorry! 😕

Beautiful rooms, everything you need is there, very clean and there is a communal kitchen on every floor, you can sit outside on the terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the clean lake downstairs and it's nice and quiet here and best of all they offer a small breakfast for 10 euros which is completely sufficient would love to come back
