We celebrated our family celebration at Willes Welt in Müncheberg on October 5th, 2024. Our relatives came from all over the country and we found accommodation at the Hotel Sternthaler. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was rich and good. We would like to pass on a thank you because Mr. Meyer's rebooking or cancellations made it possible to do justice to everyone involved.

We initially had room ten, which was still completely dirty. We then got another room, it wasn't much better, two small towels, a dirty floor was really bad

Had booked for 2 peopleRegistering on site can sometimes be a disaster. No staff there. Except for the cleaning lady who actually had nothing to do with itThanks for the help from the cleaning lady friendly lady.When registering, you had to make sure that we weren't on the computerWhether they had called and made a reservationIn order to even register, the man had to call and the ladyOn the phone made the impressionAs if she didn't know which rooms were allocated and which ones weren't, I was annoyedThe room was recently renovatedAnd OK for one nightWhat didn't work at all was the bathroom, which needed a complete renovation and the man didn't want to take a shower.It was really dirty, the toilet seat had a cracked spotShower tray had chips, etc. see picturesThe breakfast was OK.The lady where you paid and handed over the keysI felt a bit pushy at breakfast. People were asked 3 times at breakfast if they were therePaid in cash or by cardWhat's also not possible is that there is no change on site and you therefore paid more than you wanted.Price line too expensive for the roomNot recommendedHow true very disappointed even if it was only true for one night.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening and found the key to the reserved room in the key box... that worked great 🔑 👍The only way to get to the room on the 2nd floor of the brick building is via a staircase.The double room was spacious and functionally equipped. The 160 bed was ok, the pillows and duvets were good.🛏📺👍The bathroom is completely fine.The shower is big.Shampoo and soap are available. However, there is no hairdryer.🚿 🚽 👍Breakfast is served in a friendly, cozy part of the restaurant.At breakfast everything was available... rolls, sausage, cheese, eggs, jam, yogurt, muesli, juices🥖🧀🥚🧈🍯🥓🥣🍽☕️🥛🧃👍All in all very good for a country hotel.

When visiting relatives, you sometimes have to stay overnight in a hotel. It was clear beforehand that the expectations of a hotel in Müncheberg should not be high.Organizing the room was a challenge. It's not surprising that everything wasn't so clean. But the mattresses in the actually nice room - an imposition! Despite bringing a fleece blanket, EVERY spring on the supposedly very old mattress was clearly noticeable. A more than unpleasant and uncomfortable night. The price isn't really justified, even if everything becomes more expensive...It's better to invest in a few cheap new mattresses.

Our room was on the busy street which was very noisy.The breakfast was very one-sided and there was only a little fruit and no fresh vegetables at all.

The rooms are cute and clean. Very quiet despite being directly on the street. The staff, except for the breakfast lady, were very friendly. The breakfast is very manageable, but you were full. The food is not home-cooked and the quality is not that good. It says on the internet that the rooms have minibars, that's not true. The internet says the bathroom has windows, that's not true. It says hair dryer on the internet, that's not true. And paying by card is not possible. And that in 2018. Only cash payments are accepted, but there is nothing about this on the internet. Comment from the lady who goes into the basement to smile: "If that's on the Internet, then the guests won't come."

So... As a craftsman you are in the best hands here. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cozy bed and WiFi is also available. Nothing to complain about if you're not that demanding. Gladly again and thank you for the delicious schnitzel at the last minute

Seen this way, it is a nice little hotel. It is only unsuitable for older people and someone who has back problems! The beds are very narrow!!!You have to be afraid of falling out when you can sleep?! …
