Accommodation is not recommended! Room completely shabby, chair wobbly and on the verge of collapse. The freshly made bed full of hair. Heating is not working properly.The bathroom next door smells unpleasantly of sewage. The mixer taps are completely dirty, silicone joints are black, the shower doors are about to fall out, and the bathroom floor is flooded with water after showering. It takes a few minutes for warm water to come out. The towels smell bad. In short: never again!

This is the dirtiest and most remorseful “hotel” I know. The showers are broken. There is only cold water. Everything was dirty and dusty and I had a wet towel to lie on my blanket on the day of arrival. Not recommended.

The worst hotel that has happened to us so far. We arrived at midday, just put our suitcases in the room and continued on our way. Two nights were planned, one of which we quickly canceled when we got back. The boss couldn't be reached by phone and didn't respond to email either.The bathroom was not cleaned, empty toilet paper rolls, probably from the previous tenant, shower bath stains on the sink shelf, used toothbrush glass, the second glass was not there, rot on the shower walls, uncleaned mirror with toothbrush splatter. Cobwebs everywhere, not to mention dust. Captured everything with photos.In 13 rooms there is no tape detector in either the room or the hallway.We booked with breakfast, which we omitted for hygiene reasons to be on the safe side.We left the room "in a hurry" before 7 a.m. in the morning. Complete disaster and therefore no recommendation from us.Only beds and towels were fresh...

There were four of us in the hotel, 2 adults and 2 children. Arrival possible at 9:30 p.m. and was super nice by phone at that time and we agreed to get the room. Great hotel, we always use it when traveling through Kolberg in Poland. The breakfast was always fresh, regional and very tasty. It is sufficiently served. We were very satisfied.

The two of us spontaneously stayed here for two nights over Pentecost. During the first phone call I was a bit surprised by the unconventional nature of it, as no one on the other end introduced themselves as usual. more like a private connection. The room itself and the bathroom were perfectly fine and pretty. Cleanliness was ok, although there were a few cobwebs on the window, but it is not a star hotel and the price is more than ok at 72 euros!! 👍 Breakfast was great. We'll be back! Thanks. 😊

Price/performance ratio is right. Our room was very chic, but due to the design, there was virtually no view due to the very narrow windows.Breakfast and cleanliness are fine.Staff on site were only present at breakfast time and were not easy to reach by phone.The older lady in the breakfast service should put the well-being of her guests ahead of her own interests.Professionalism on the telephone should definitely be improved. You have the feeling that you are disturbing a private household when you call.

In an emergency I was forced to find a room for the night at short notice.After I was brushed off by the number of the Sternthaler that went with it, everything was occupied and totally listless. I reached the boss very late in the evening. She probably doesn't even know how rude and unwilling the employees are to do their "work".Room for one night i.i. very old. Very overpriced 65,- including a more than puny breakfast.It had potential for more.
