The apartment was part of a bigger complex, everything was nice clean and tidy. It was really modern. Only downside was that it took me so long to figure out how the lock on the door works because you don't have a key or a keycard. There is just a pin panel outside the room and inside is another panel with icons. Overall pretty satisfied.

The hotel is above a Chinese restaurant and the rooms smell terible all day and night, Opening the windows makes it worse. The floor was filthy. There were lamps next to the bed but no plugs. There is no place to put your luggage. There is NO customer service.

A safe and clean location close to the train station. Less busy out front vs. other properties in the area. Room was clean and had enough room to stretch out, plus a small kitchenette. Laundry in the basement is perfect. Gym as well, with limited hours in the morning, but late in the evening. Not a lot of staff present.

Filthy floor and cobwebs, broken light that flickered, lamp but no plug for it, help line. Because of Chinese restaurant room smelled of bad food. Cleaning g ser ice that came during stay cleaned nothing.

Terrible, disgusting and smells bad. Cockroaches and bugs running in your room. Not even bathroom floor was wiped, with pee stains on the floor. The whole place was disgusting

Never stay here!Never stay here!Worst customer service experience. The call center people and the staff at this "aparthotel" have 0 care for customers. They don't speak English and they'll say no to any help sollicitation.It's in a bad area, with people doing drugs outside and it's so dirty, it feels like a brothel.

Truly terrible management. First I booked via booking com and received an email from them asking to fill in the registration form that they did not provide in the message.Then I spend 2 months sending emails to them and messages via booking com. They were just ignoring the emails and replied on booking com that they were not able to communicate there and that I should send an email.In the end I just booked another place and canceled. This is ridiculous

Great location, everything is within walking distance (supermarkets, main train station, fast food, local restaurants...).Rooms are a bit small but cozy and there is everything that you need, and they are really clean.We asked for bathrobe, towel and some other things which they provided that same day.Really nice and super friendly cleaning lady, she spoke Serbian and was really nice to us and told us if we need anything just to call her.Stayed here in 2022.

I stayed here with my family, but it was a surreal experience. On the day of check-in, we were assigned a different room, and we immediately realized the problem when our keys opened another room where other people were staying. We returned to the reception, informed them of the mistake, and were given the correct room. With the same key, we opened the apartment.I deduce, therefore, that all keys open all the apartments? The most scandalous thing is that on the last night, as it seems to have happened to many people according to the reviews, thieves entered and took some items while my brother and his girlfriend were sleeping in the room. We called the police and the hotel staff, but no one did anything to resolve the situation. The perception is one of complicity on the part of both law enforcement and the hotel staff.We were not compensated, and no one provided assistance.THIS IS A SITUATION WHERE THERE CLEARLY IS AN AGREEMENT WITH LOCAL CRIMINALS AND NO ONE, NEITHER THE MANAGEMENT NOR THE LAW ENFORCEMENT, PROTECTS AND ENSURES THE CUSTOMER.NEVER BOOK HERE.Updates after the answer of the hotel:Are you kidding me? I'm still waiting for my refund, we've been robbed, we've experienced shocking moments, and you ask us to come back. Do you want to steal something else from us?

I have stayed there 3 weeks.The position is convenient but one of the worst in frankfurt (near the station).The worst thing is that the room was different from the photos they showed me when I booked! They told me that the room may differ from the photos… it is very unfear and not professional!The concierge guy was not affable at all from the beginning. Moreover during the week the concierge service is open from 9 to 18 and closes during the weekend so it is almost impossibile to reach out to them if you work.Good to have the wash and dry services but most of the machines do not work.The gym is ok even if very small.
