I had some issues with my room, but luckily Karim always found a way to fix them!There are a lot of homeless people resting just outside the building, the street is a bit noisy.No AC but a fan is provided, not very comfortable during summer.Thanks to Karim for his extreme kindness.

We stayed for one month at this location. When booking we did not realize that the Coworking space was at a different iPartment so had to walk 20 minutes every day which was inconvenient and not what we expected. The rooms were dusty and with no A/C you had to keep the windows open all the time and a fan on (which we had to ask for) to manage the temperature which made the problem worse. The customer service was amazing though and we really enjoyed the service and late checkout provided. Anyone who is not familiar with the area needs to be very mindful about the location and people openly using drugs on the streets all times every day. It would be great to add a small vaccum and a duster in the room so we can manage the cleanliness of the space instead of waiting for the cleaning which was every 2 weeks.

The hotel itself ist super nice. The dtaff is super helpful. The street is a street close to the main station, which is for its "special people". I gave 5 stars because the hotel was awesome. The location is no their fault.

Cleaning staff refused to clean my room on multiple occasions they held my deposit for four months. Washing machines are you there’s three for the entire building. There is no parking pass for the guests I had to pay $500-$1000 and parking for my stay there in parking until I got a pass. This place scams its customers. Very nice building though and I do like that the locks sometimes work also, they would randomly change my lock code from And I would get locked out of my room. Sit on hold for an hour to reach someone to give me the code to my room because it never came to my email. Also, there is no AC in the summer. It’s hot as balls. Also, the cleaning ladies took one of my shirts.

Especially if you are a female read this review. The area is very dangerous. I don’t know where the bad reviews are but I can’t find them. Everyone in my company moved out, as we travel for work. Do not sign the contract until you see the street first. The room wasn’t too bad but no a/c in the summer, which is difficult. But really it is not worth risking your mental health to live on this street. The apartment is next to a shelter that deals controlled substances. And I’m not European. We saw shocking and traumatic things almost daily. The front desk receptionist told me at least guns aren’t legal… I recommend the other Ipartment branch. It’s much nicer and cleaner, we moved there. I recognize it’s not the fault of the staff, simply the location.I notice in another review like this they reply saying people enjoy the “exciting” location, but it is anything but that. I avoided the sidewalks and had to walk in traffic to avoid the people on the streets. It’s not just because it’s a red light district…

Very comfortable as well as modern fully furnished flats few steps away from the main train station. The area offers plenty of restaurants, Hauptwache or the river are within the walking distance.A true highlight is the staff with Philipp and Nikolaos being extremely friendly & offering assistance, they really make you feel welcome and at home. Great job, guys!

Everything is great. The rooms are clean, staff is very helpful.The only issue is the smell of weed which comes from outside and sometimes it doesn't feel safe around the apartment.

I chose ipartment Frankfurt, because I needed a nice project apartment not far from my job. The flat is very (!) clean, cozy and furniture is of good quality. Every Monday there is coffee and croissants on the reception. From the very beginning, the manager Philipp has been extremely supportive and caring, he helped us out with any issues that arised during our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here, the flat and the service exceeded my expectations!

Very comfortable and well equipped rooms. The staff, especially Mr Vlad, were very kind and helpful during my two month stay. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend ipartment to anyone needing short term accommodation in Frankfurt.

I stayed here for three months period for work. First of all, you can't find a monthly stay in the city area fast if you are not a student. I contacted with iPartments and got the apartment two days later for a month. (Later, extended duration to 3 months) They are trustworthy. First, I see apartment and neighbourhood one day before.Okay, it is dangerous area. It is crowded and noisy. BUT IT WON'T BOTHER YOU. There are many junkies, drunk people on the street, but they do not do any harm to you. There are two doors for your security at the entrance also camera system. My room was Smart M, it was enough for long stay. It is much better than 3-4 star classic hotel room (10 sqm). It is relatively big enough 24 sqm, and has all the kitchen appliances. The dishwasher was a MUST for me. The windows has medium quality sound-insulation. I slept without any problem. There is also wash-mashine in the basement, but I never used it.The location is good, it is right in the center. I went to office in 10 mins (S-Bahn), to gym (U-Bahn) and to Altstadt easily. The only problem, there is no big supermarkt-chains like Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland to the city center. But it is ongoing problem in Frankfurt. You will find Rewe City in the city center, but you won't find any buther's, backery, or similar type of stores. It is Frankfurt. Shortly, I recommend it.
