I came for the biggest exhibition in Frankfurt - Automechanika. The price for 1 room was 360/night. I got a room with dirty sink and no air conditioning. Pool and sauna was not available either for me because there was no slippers in the whole hotel during 3 days of my stay. Also, very poor breakfast. I was served way better for a lower price. All in all, it is overpriced and you are getting very poor facilities and service. It ruined the whole impression about a city.

Staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were large and very clean. Walking distance to the theatre. We were here for missy elliots concert. Walking distance.Can't believe we missed the valet service. We spent 20mins looking for parking. Stay here and use VALET for events. I wish it was also in the front page of the hotel. It's an absolute reason to stay here

The hotel is in a good location from centre, 5 min walk from train station. 3 stops away from central Frankfurt. You need S8-S9 train. The breakfast at hotel is lovely, with lots of choice and variety. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotless and beds extremely comfortable. Thankyou for a lovely stay

A decently located hotel in Frankfurt.We chose this hotel on the last day of our trip because it was near the airport and a train station.The hotel was nice enough. The room was a good size and had all the typical hotel amenities. The pool and sauna are very nice.There were a few issues though. Our first rooms reeked of cigarettes. The entire 2nd floor was bad, some guests were not following the no smoking rules and the hotel has not done a proper cleaning to remove the smell. In our next room, the A/C didn't work, thankfully it wasn't too hot, but we were going to use it and it never kicked on.Lastly, and this is more of a subjective thing, I'm not a fan of the queen bed with 2 single size blankets instead of an actual queen comforter.Overall the hotel was good enough and it was very inexpensive, but a few miss fires. I would not want to stay long term here, but for a night or two it's fine.

Everything is great but beware of one thing. The pool is only open for limites hours!! If u r with kids and choose this hotel due to pool then avoid.

Everything was perfect. We stayed for one night, because we were flying out from Frankfurt the next morning. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good and the cab ride to the airport took about 15 minutes and cost less than 30 Euros. Everybody working at the hotel was nice and professional.

Mixed feelings about here.Good price and great proximity to the station. I appreciated they accommodated my room request for quiet and aircon.Breakfast offering was good.Some negatives: advertised as pool available but only open from 7pm to 10pm ( odd times)On Sunday restaurant and Bar was closed.Very limited dining options in area. We asked for bottle of water and was told its €7.50 per bottle.Lift has some issues. Takes 3 to 4 closes each time you go uo and down.
