Super relaxed atmosphere, very nice employees no matter where. (At the reception, people from the organization teams, cleaning staff, caretakers, service in the casino.I was once again fascinated by the high level of attentiveness, super friendliness and speed from the service team in the casino (dining room), especially Ms. Griebel, with her cheerful nature and her eye for detail. A great team here, keep it up!!!!😉👍🏼

Unfortunately, compared to my previous visit there, I can only give it 3 stars. The service, ie the provision of pastries, biscuits, coffee, tea, juices etc was not as good as before. There were only croissants and some fruit. On the previous visit there were different types of sheet cakes and other things. This time the coffee, tea and other drinks were offered in a different room and not at the buffet in the seminar room. In addition, the coffee pots in particular were empty at the beginning of the break and were not refilled by anyone. The buffet was also far too small for so many participants! Since many people didn't eat greasy croissants or couldn't eat them, the little fruit was quickly sold out and was therefore no longer enough for everyone. I thought that was a real shame, because on my first visit the buffet was really varied and enough for everyone.What also bothered me was that a lot of things in the room were broken (e.g. a board similar to a window sill inside, where you could have put the coffee, was lying around broken and fallen off. Instead of fixing it back, someone just got rid of it placed on it)

The “hoffmanns höfe” in Frankfurt are unique – for everyone who appreciates “slowing down”: a conference center with integrated hotel operations and predominantly working people who need assistance, who are able to participate in the “primary labor market”.For 15 years, as a conference participant and sometimes as an overnight guest, I have appreciated this gem in Niederrad, where you can unwind in the beautifully maintained 1950s ambience with two atrium-like inner courtyards.I would particularly like to thank Mr. Tekin. He reminds me of the captain of a cruise ship: always open to the guests and “listening”, always taking his time, but still overseeing everything and steering the ship.When our daughter became seriously ill this year and had to be cared for in the Frankfurt clinic for several months, Mr. Tekin developed an adapted long-term solution for the many overnight stays that we had to spend. (The clinic is within walking distance).

Since it was my first stay in a conference hotel, I can't make any comparisons.My room was furnished with only the bare necessities and had a fairly spacious bathroom. However, the shower was rather small and in general the bathroom should be renovated soon. But I had the opportunity to see two other rooms and the bathrooms were quite new and modern!We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and were very impressed every time. The staff at reception and in the kitchen were always very friendly and helpful. The area can't exactly be described as quiet, but I didn't have any problems sleeping.Parking is difficult there, but we were lucky and found one 100m from the hotel.In general I found the stay good and the room served its purpose.

The people in the cafeteria are very nice, Ms. Grieber in particular was very friendly and helpful. You could see that she keeps an eye on all guests and responds to their wishes.Thank you very much.

As always, a good combination of location on FFM (access roads), premises and good service!Especially in the “dining room” I was happy to see Ms. Griebel again, who, with her friendly manner, has been providing great service to our guests for over 2 years!!!

All in all a good place to stay for seminars or similarHardworking staff.. accommodating.. the food itself tastes a matter of a chicken that is too dry. Schnitzel spoiled my afternoon...

The rooms are functional but uncomfortable. Mattress very hard.Service was overwhelmed as there was a lot going on. Sometimes also unfriendly.Unfortunately, I had to move to another hotel for the last two nights during the seminar. It was 5.5 km away and was significantly worse accommodation (athletes accommodation). The difference was only credited after our own inquiries. I would have expected something different. It's a shame I won't stay there again.

Clean rooms, not an excessive but sufficient selection at breakfast, in the immediate vicinity of the university and the tram can be reached in 4 minutes. Perfect for a short stay.
