Super inlove with the terrace! No need to go to any fancy rooftop when you have available 24/7 (for guests), a quiet place, to enjoy the beauty of Frankfurt’s skyline right at your hotel. I could stay watching this all day long 🥹🥂✨

THE GOOD: Online experience is slick, groceries available next door and the bed was comfyTHE BAD: Half the rooms are directly facing the train tracks - the constant noise is truly unbearable.THE UGLY: Both my rooms were beyond filthy (see photos).. Dirty toilets, unemptied garbage bin, stained linen, empty roll of toilet paper, uncleaned dishes, several unwiped surfaces and unmaintained elevator/laundry room.. and when flagged, nothing was done to resolve/address it.

I had an amartment for one night.Communication only through Whatsapp but OK.Good cleaned, nice simple room.TV had almost no programme.It was very cold outside and the heating was not proper.Room temp was 20C max all the time so it was chilly, they definately should improve that.Big thumbs up for high quality pillows!

These apartments are clean and comfortable. Pleasant gifts in the refrigerator up the mood.The bed is outstanding.There is a good store nearby, you can find a place to park your car.This location is noisy, sleeping with open windows is not an option. A railway track and a local bar are nearby.Immediately upon booking, I asked if I could make checkout later, but the day before check out I got a message with the same question "if you whant try to change check out time.." finally, we were asked to check out at 11:00 as usual.

I enjoyed my stay at Oben Apartments, my only complaint is regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. There are a lot of finger marks on the walls and the table which isn’t pleasant, other than that I found everything to be pretty good, there’s even a free beer in the fridge to welcome you!

All was perfect. Our apartment was situated in Bockenheim around 4 km from Alt Stadt and Main Bahnhof with good city comunication. The localisation is super, so many restaurants, parks and markets like Lidl and Rewe. All main atractions are situated less than 3 km from apartment.As for comunication with reception, all was very smoothly and quickly.Apartment has all the neccesary things for spend nice vacation. For sure will be return again in other town or country:)

The Hotel is near main station and it takes you three minutes to get there! It is located right opposite the main station, and you are easy to find the location and smoothly check in! The hotel features a great number of stars’ photos and uses them to decorate all spaces such as bedroom and dining room! Moreover, the special decorations bring you a lot of imagination and you seem to be their honor guest and best friend! As for breakfast, it offers you a wonderful treat and makes you energetic , cheerful, and satisfied! Besides, there are a lot of stores nearby whether you want to go shopping or buy somethings as gifts you want to take them to your homeland and send them to friends or relatives ! I strongly recommend the hotel be worth visiting and staying !

This is without a doubt one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed inConstant trains, both passenger and commercial, making the loudest screeching noises all day and nightNo air conditioning, so you’re kind of forced to keep the windows open, even when they’re shut, the noise is unbearableIt should be illegal to take peoples money for rooms in this locationI will say the only positive is the rooms are set up pretty well.Other than that, it’s a complete disasterYou are checking in and supposedly getting customer service in the virtual worldThere is no personal touch whatsoever and whoever you deal with, which are several different people during your stay are robotic and unhelpfulThis system is a basic artificial intelligence setupFeels more like an institution than a holiday accommodationMy advice, stay far, far away

First off, the apartment is very comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom is well-equipped with very good shower. Most importantly, the staff are very helpful and respond immediately. Highly recommend.

The worst stay I’ve ever had.+ fast communication, location close to train station (but extremely noisy!), free parking- 1) no air conditioner, just old floor ventilator which is quite noisy at night and very dirty. So I can’t imagine how it’s possible to sleep when it’s really hot outside, because you live right next to the railway2) for two persons we had one dinner plate. It was fixed the next morning, but is it really difficult to check?3) the kitchen is quite useless. They do not have a kitchen hood. So they ask you to open the window while cooking because the fire alarm is sensitive and you may be fined if the fire department shows up. It’s very enjoyable to cook and listen the trains4) not very clean. The wine glasses were dirty, coffee machine was not cleaned and there was a used capsule inside etc.5) the last night their keyless system stopped working and we could not get inside. But this was solved fast via WhatsApp6) and my favourite. Due to overbooking we were given the room without balcony (they face the train station), while we booked with a balcony (costs more and located on the other side of the hotel). They were very sorry and offered 15% discount. And even this numa could not do well. They had some misunderstandings between financial and communication departments and even right now we feel a bit confused about the sum we received, because it just appeared out of the blue, no explanation, no invoice. It looks like price difference between the room types, not discount. If we are not right it would be wise for them to send some invoice so we can see this. But they just say sorry in every letterSo my main criteria for a hotel were kitchen and balcony. There was no balcony and no kitchen where it’s possible to cook. For this price I could get a nice hotel room closer to the center. No more with numa, thanks!
