I had a very nice one-night stay at Roomers. I had a business associate pick me up at the train station and drove a short distance to the hotel.  …

It's a beautiful hotel but it is not properly managed. Rooms are dirty and the staff in reception are rude and dismissive.Lots of excuses. No apologies. No interest in making guests comfortable. If you're looking for another Bonvoy, there's one on the other side of the road (Le Meridien). Much simpler but the staff are fantastic.Pros:- amazing spa.- decent food in the restaurant (salmon was very good) - a bit too expensive.- 15 min walking distance to the train stationCons:- inexperienced reception staff not appropriate for a 5* hotel. Need training urgently.- cleanliness level is not good.- no English channels on tv just cnn and another news channel)- a bit too dark- noisy AC/heating system- no security in the lift to go up to the rooms. There's a nice doorman but anyone can just walk in and go up to the rooms.- the neighbourhood is a bit complicated

Rooms are modern and clean despite us booking a room with a fireplace and not getting a room with a fireplace. I would recommend to NOT go here as it‘s nothing but a trap. We ordered room service twice. A lobster burger is 54 (!) euros, as everything off their food menu is overprized. I asked to have the lobster burger without onions and of course they brought it with onions. Like who has the audacity to charge 54€ for a single burger without sides and then get the order wrong. Will certainly not come back

I had a terrible experience at Roomers Frankfurt. While the hotel manager eventually intervened and resolved my issue, it was frustrating to have to escalate matters to that level. The rooms, although stylish, are outdated and show signs of wear. I noticed cracks, grated furniture, and stain marks throughout my stay, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation. The worst part of my experience was with the receptionist. I can’t recall her name, but her lack of professionalism was striking. It made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful and set a negative tone for my stay.I do want to thank the polite and professional hotel manager for stepping in to help, but one positive interaction doesn’t outweigh the overall experience.Unfortunately, I won’t be staying at Roomers Frankfurt again. There are better options in the area that offer both style and quality service.

Was happy to find this hotel as my flight was cancelled - booked in last minute and was so grateful to experience some luxury in comparison to other local hotels! As soon as I entered the staff were great and made me comfortable. The spa is amazing! Design is very cool and artistic - quality of food/drink is 10/10. Would stay again for sure. The only downside which I didn’t enjoy was leaving a 200euro deposit which I had to call up a week later to get refunded as they had forgotten.

There is almost nothing I liked about this hotel: dark rooms with brown walls and floors,, the smell of smoke, poor light, noisy street, late night functions in the bar and expensive (and that is without breakfast). The best part? The staff tried their best and were friendly.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel, it should honestly not be a part of Marriott at all. Dirty,Smells like cigarettes, feels like a dingy motel, overpriced, dark, icky yucky gross, falling apart.Don’t be fooled by the online photos or the spa, the entire place is falling apart. Emo goth sex vibes but in a depressing way. SadDirty, and underserving of the design collection. More in line with a category 2 for those who know what that means. The entire hotel is dark which hides the filthy condition of the rooms. The temperature cannot be controlled so when we stayed here the room was a cauldron. No usb plugs. No amenity kits but the mini bar did have a used a sex toy on it so thats neat (disgusting )We ended up leaving and changing hotels the say we arrived.Don’t make the same mistake stay literally anywhere else.Staff was friendly and helpful it’s not their fault this place is run to the ground.
