We were there for lunch on the weekend. The place is perfect for chilling out on the sunny day. Service is top notch. The lady who was serving us was very nice and friendly. Nice Atmosphere. Food was delicious, not special but not bad. Parking spots in front of the restaurant is limited

The atmosphere of the restaurant outside is great - ideal for summer days. The food is good. The service was bad - we might have been unlucky with the waiter but there was not a single „bitte“ or „danke“ over the course of the evening - very grumpy. We were a group of eight and we weren’t asked if would like a refill once. The guy was quite unfriendly too.

nice location, nice staff, some excellent food in the adjoining restaurant and a cigar bar available. location is excellent for in and out of airport as well as walking along the river. the room was ok but had a funny smell and looked like it could have used some significant refurbishment.

The rating is for the restaurant. There is a huge outdoor area, when you have a nice weather is perfect to enjoy, your are next to the Main river.The place is big enough if you want to go with a large group of people, just is better to do a reservation because at the time of my visit everything was full.The staff is friendly and they are able to speak in English.The menu is international but you will find many traditional German dishes from the Frankfurt area but as well all Germany.The quality of the food is good and the prices are nice for what you get, including the location.You can get as well traditional drinks from the area.

We actually like the Gerbermühle very much. However, we had a reservation today and the service was not existing.We were not seated with two small children, we were ignored for 20 min, we were not given a high chair, then after receiving the menus we had to wait another 30 min for our bottle of water, which is why we then decided to leave the restaurant.I don't know if it was because of our children or if the staff was understaffed. In general it would have been better to communicate with us.

Location is absolutely beautiful, but it was almost empty, 3 waitresses and we didn’t get what we ordered, after a friendly reminder they just went away. More smiling faces would be great. At the end they forgot our starter and the food was ok, the green sauce was good the Wienerschnitzel ok. For the price we thought it would be more delicious. For drinks and enjoying the atmosphere absolutely to recommend, but just a couple meters further you get better food.

The terrace is nice but expensive and the parc should not be the parking for it.Edit: Thank you for your response. I will delete my comment if next time the situation has improved and write a more positive one.Edit 2: again as the weather is nice somehow the pole that keeps cars from entering has dissapeared. This is reallybad especially as there is fre parking on both sides of the road

This place is a fantastic find for both accommodation and dining in Frankfurt. The rooms are nicely appointed, offering a comfortable stay. Meals here are very good, with a great wine menu to complement your dinner. Service is attentive and efficient. Its location is ideal, making it easy to venture into the inner city. Perfect for business meetings, with an amazing beer garden that becomes a highlight in the summer. Highly recommend for a well-rounded experience!
