Hi, in addition to the amazing hotel room which is just at the right temperature when u walk in with everything you would ever need including the amazing bathroom, tea tray and beautiful room structure, the reception and the staff attitude was one of the best and sweetest I have ever seen. The kindness I and my sister were treated with at the reception and the breakfast staff, honestly thank you. I hope I come here again for a much longer stay. Thanks, stay blessed☺️

Location was good, very convenient to get to the old town. Air conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable and breakfast being included was a perk though just okay. Hotel staff were extremely accommodating to help us book an extra night when it was needed. However our room lacked both a mini fridge and a direct phone to reception which was an inconvenience.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Flemings Hotel Frankfurt Main-Riverside for six days in August 2023, and it was a truly delightful experience.The hotel’s location is ideal, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. The Superior Plus room I stayed in was a haven of comfort and luxury, with tasteful decor and top-notch amenities.The staff were commendable, always ready to assist and making sure my stay was comfortable.The on-site restaurant was a gastronomic delight, offering a wide array of delectable dishes that catered to every palate. However, I was surprised to find that the free minibar, which used to be a part of the Superior Plus offer, was no longer available. This was a slight disappointment as it added an extra touch of indulgence to the stay.Question to the Management: Could you please shed some light on why the free minibar is no longer included in the Superior Plus offer?Despite this, I wholeheartedly recommend Flemings Hotel for anyone seeking a memorable stay in Frankfurt.

The pictures of the hotel looked too good to be true for the price so we didn’t expect much. Our expectations were definitely exceeded. The room and hotel matched the pictures and were so clean and comfortable.The view from the hotel room should be advertised even more because it was truly wonderful. We were facing the old church and the skyscrapers, so we really got to see it all.The cleaning of the rooms was very efficient and they even provide an option of cleaning everyday or every other day with new towels. In addition they provide complimentary water bottles every day and a “sleep well” package consisting of tea, eye mask, ear plugs, and a hot water bottle. The receptionists were so helpful and kind when we were doing our self check-in incorrectly (but that was my fault since I put my full name on the registration which made it difficult to find). The hotel front door is always unlocked and there is always a receptionist, whom were all very kind and said hello every time we came in.The location of the hotel was in a surprisingly safe and clean area with good connections to public transport and restaurants at walking distance.

Staff was above and beyond. They were so kind and upgraded our room and gave us free early check in and breakfast. Lovely accommodations such as fruit and flavored water at the entrance. Room was comfortable and cool. Great walking distance to the river and downtown!

What really makes this hotel is the staff. The rooms are spotless if a little dated and on the smaller side.However the staff just cannot do enough to help.The barmaid is wonderful and her cocktail making abilities are only hindered by the truly terrible lighting of the bar. Whoever thought a dubious yellow glow under the bar would make anything look good is either blind or has previously had an interior design career in a strip club. He friendliness and cocktail making skills are a delight and I only hope someone redoes the bar to give her the justice she deserves.The younger male receptionist makes an effort to not only provide exceptional service but to remember every guests name. Again a credit to the hotel.

We stayed there because my book was being presented at the Frankfurt Book Fair and my agent recommended your hotel. We arrived early - jetlagged and cranky. When we checked in Frans noticed a discrepency as it indicated that Expedia booked us for 2 rooms for 2 nights. I was annoyed - but Frans was kind, calmed me down spent the next 45 minutes on the Expedia app and solved the problem - give him a raise! Later that afternoon we came back to our room and found a lovely platter of treats and a note wishing me well at the bookfair! As we checked out I left a copy of my novel - hoping it will be placed on the bookshelf in the restaurant. And when my next novel is presented at the Fair, the Fleming Hotel will be my place to stay!

I had from 8pm Frankfurt arrival till 2 pm flight the next day, so came on the Sbahn and had a nice time walking the city and riverside. The only thing about the room is the shower is all glass and in the open hotel room (toilet is at least private), so beware if you aren't comfortable showering around your travel partner with all on display! Would stay here again and the price included breakfast which was a full everything you could want breakfast.
