Nice Hotel and friendly personal. Their shampoo-soap-cream-all-in-one in bathroom amused me :D

Couldn’t get much sleep due to a noise coming from street and horrible beds.If you’re not lucky to get a spot at their paid parking it’s almost impossible to find one in nearby streets.

Hello,Be careful with this hotel, because after a completed stay and a request for an invoice for the paid accommodation, the hotel claims that it cannot issue it. The case has been ongoing for several months after the stay ended.

OK! I am not sure what the entire hue and cry about this place is, but I am glad that I did not take into account the previous reviews while booking this place. I guess the hotel switched managements and hence the earlier bad reviews.I stayed her for little over a week and I had a very pleasant stay.My room was excellent aka spotless; the staff was excellent and so was the location. Everything is a hop, skip and jump from this place.Yes, there are renovations happening and there is a little noise, but it is definitely not all day long.Neways, Thank You very much for the pleasant stay and I hope to return back someday.

It was cheap, but it was not _that_ cheap. At the time of my review the place is being renovated and frankly we were shocked that they even rent out rooms in this state. Staying here is like sleeping in a skip. Construction materials everywhere, old and new fixtures and fittings all over the place. There was rubble in the freshly made beds in both of the rooms we rented. There are some positives, like the liquid soap they use everywhere smells and works great.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCENEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S***This is my experience: I travel with a dog and I searched through Booking the hotels that accept dogs.This hotel was in the list but just to be sure I wrote a WhatsApp to ask them, at the beginning they asked me how big is the dog, but then they changed and they said that THE HOTEL DON'T ACCEPT DOGS.I asked one more question but the guy in WhatsApp answered me that he had a day off and didn't know (???).For a problem with booking website (I was on another hotel page but the connection was bad and I don't know what happened recharging the page), I find myself paying 83€ at this hotel.I wrote IMMEDIATELY at the WhatsApp number and also through Booking explaining that I had a problem with Booking website and that for a mistake I payed 83€ but I couldn't come because they don't accept dogs.I kindly asked a reimbursement which was refused several times.As I had to go to another hotel nearby, the next morning I decided to pass by and to talk directly to the reception to explain the issue I had with the website but the receptionist was VERY IMPOLITE, DIDN'T WANT TO LET ME TALK AND EXPLAIN and invented a story that there was some other company owning the hotel (which is NOT TRUE) and that I had to ask Booking for the reimbursement.He said to write an email that would be forwarded to the owner but guess what?? The same guy answered to me directly at my email (do you think we are all stupid??)Things like this can happen when booking online and as I talked previously with the WhatsApp number, I would expect more comprehensive and human behaviour.The difference between humans and machines is the ability to understand the different situations, but apparently in this hotel all they care about is money.Never go to this hotel because once you paid they don't care about you at all, they are NOT NICE WITH THE CUSTOMERS, don't care about being good with the people, don't let you talk and explain, hope to never have a problem because they will never even try to help.Don't make my mistake and don't pay one single dime to this dirty hotel managed by not professional people.

After reading the reviews i expected the worst, but was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room i had was very spacious, bedding was a bit firm, the bathroom was nice. Theres a few restaurants nearby and the ubahnstation is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. If i decided to stay in offenbach again i wouldn’t be against staying here again

I travel a lot and have been to many Hotels. This is certainly the worst experience I have ever had. Horrible service, very arrogant and unprofessional people. The fact that I booked the room through airbnb and paid lower price, made them very angry and I was feeling negative attitude at every encounter. They did not give me the room I booked, but the worst in the Hotel. Refrigerator did not work, they refused to do anything. Their employees were singing next to my door early morning. I asked them to stop, they threatened me with eviction without compensation. Only after I complained to AIRBNB they started to behave properly. Only after I complained to airbnb they gave me room, where at least refrigerator was working. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are doing very very bad job

I've chosen the budget room - £39 plus breakfast £11.50. My room was very basic which I was expecting considering the price. Overall I was happy. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. 20mins to city centre by S-bahn. I would stay there again.
