Chose this hotel when I was in Malang city. According to the description in the application, this hotel is in the middle of the city, easy to reach from the city station. When we arrived by train at the city station to the hotel it was only a few minutes walk.There are also lots of places to eat around the hotel so you don't need to worry, it's even easy to reach on foot while enjoying the shade of Malang.Breakfast is quite varied, there are several menus, such as fried rice, chicken porridge, soup, bread, fruit, juice, and of course there is rice with side dishes. It's a shame I didn't have time to take photos of the menu and room interior.Overall, it was quite a pleasant experience staying at the same hotel in Malang.

Stayed here because of Mrs. Saiful Anwar's sudden uti at Saiful Anwar Hospital. It turns out the place is comfortable, smells good, close to everywhere. Recommended

We occupied a room which had 3 single beds. So it's perfect for our family. With 3 children who are quite grown up, my husband can still have a comfortable bed.Available room facilities include:Warm waterWifiKitchen bar (coffee, tea and sugar)Hotel complementary water (2 bottles)The lobby is spacious and quite spacious and has a design that I think is quite luxurious.Apart from the experience of waiting quite a long time for room availability, we also experienced difficulty parking the car.Due to the hotel's high-rise design, parking space is very limited. So guests who stay overnight must be willing to park in the basement which is quite small and closed.Not bad, for the experience of staying one night without breakfast, we were able to get enough and comfortable rest.

To start, my favourite part was walking into the room and immediately smooth jazz began playing. Clean rooms (shower head might need replacing) staff were friendly and offer a breakfast to go if you need to get away at 5am (they must have forgot we ordered it because it took them nearly half an hour to get it). Quite close to the main attractions, walking distance to most.

receptionist ⭐I asked for a smoking room to stay in for 3 days and 2 nights but it wasn't given.From the first day I didn't get it, I tried to ask for a move, maybe on the second day there was a smoking room and it wasn't given.no smile, not friendly👎🏽

We arrived quite early at around 1 o'clock. We checked in early but couldn't do it yet, I asked to hurry up because I was really tired of traveling from Surabaya and Malang district, finally at 2 midnight I was able to enter the room, the location of the hotel is really strategic, it's really close to everywhere... What's more? to the train station.. So I like walking to Kayutangan, to the main square, there are lots of coffee shops around.. The room is big, clean, and has a view of Malang city towards the mountains.. Great breakfast, not too many varieties but enough and delicious..

It's worth it to hold an event here, the ball room/meeting room is quite big and the catering is also good. Recommend the noodle menu, it's delicious. Suitable for those of you who want to stay overnight, prices are still city standards. The service is fast, fast, friendly and the place is relatively clean.Just a little criticism, a suggestion, the toilets on the 2nd floor, maybe there should be a morning, afternoon and evening shift schedule, so the toilets can be more controlled. Experience during the 4 day event, every hour from noon to afternoon the toilet still ran out of tissue and it was a bit muddy, so you had to be reminded but it was always handled quickly after reporting. Controlling can be improved further, especially if the event lasts for days, so you use the toilet more often. At the same time, parking is still a problem, I think, because maybe space is still limited, especially for cars and buses, hopefully there will be a solution in the future.Overall comfortable for a 4 day event, hopefully the service and hotel will improve, thank you for the service👍
