**The Blasky Hotel & Rooftop: A Perfect 10/10 Experience**Our stay at The Blasky Hotel & Rooftop was nothing short of spectacular. This 4-star hotel truly exceeded all expectations, starting with its incredible rooftop view overlooking Mainhattan—it's a sight that simply takes your breath away. The rooftop alone is worth the visit, offering a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning skyline. The food at the hotel's restaurant is absolutely amazing, with each dish crafted to perfection. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a great meal, you won’t be disappointed. The rooms are equally impressive—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The highlight of our stay was the jacuzzi, which is worth every euro. It added a luxurious touch that made our experience even more memorable. The staff at The Blasky Hotel are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. They were especially accommodating during our family celebration, making sure every detail was just right. This location is also very kids-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Extras or special requests were handled with ease, showing the staff's commitment to excellent service. All in all, The Blasky Hotel & Rooftop is an outstanding choice for any occasion. Whether you're planning a family celebration, a romantic getaway, or just a weekend escape, this hotel delivers in every aspect. A well-deserved 10/10 stars!

My partner and I had a week booked in Germany (Frankfurt and Munich). Unfortunately just before our travel, both of us got sick and we had to cancel. We were coming from Spain and we had 3 flights and 2 hotels booked for over 1000€.I tried to call them multiple times, but the phone kept ringing and then cut off with a german announcement that I did not understand as I don’t speak German.Since I never reached them over the phone (quite bad for a hotel reception) we contacted the hotel via email to see if as an exception we could cancel our booking for free. We had covid, we didn’t want to cancel for fun. They declined us.We asked to change the dates as we were still happy to come at a later date for which they responded to contact Agoda, the platform we booked through.Agoda put through our request to change the dates so we wouldn’t loose our money. They quickly came back to us informing that the hotel denied the request. Not sure why the hotel even told us to contact Agoda for a date change if they declined the request immediately.I understand we booked with a non refundable rate, but not even allowing a date change feels harsh and shows no care whatsoever. And to let us to go through hoops for the same outcome they could’ve just told us themselves is uncalled for and unprofessional.Safe to say we definitely not going to choose them for our visit in the future.Based on other reviews in similar situations it is clear that the hotel hides behind their “strict policy” excuse and has no flexibility at all in unforeseen circumstances. Customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to be their priority.Ps: Booking was made under my partner’s name not mine in case they would accuse me of not having a booking.

... unfortunately, the Jacuzzi, the main reason why we had booked the Balsky Loft Suite for 4 people, was extremely dirty when we arrived.. Seems like unfortunately nobody had checked and cleaned before we checked in -.-. …

On the day of check-out, I asked the receptionist about the latest check-out time (without fee) at 8:30am and was told that it's 13:00. When I checked out at 12:30, he wanted to charge an extra €15. I reminded him of what he said and didn't agree on deducting the late fee. A few days later, I was shocked to see that they deducted €19 (apparently €4 for the city tax). When I wrote a complaint to the manager, he asked me if there was a written statement by the receptionist (for god sake! Who asks a receptionist to write a written statement about the info they're providing? Well, here you should!) and then threatened to prosecute me. I escalated it to the MD, who gave an impression that I was lying and his employees can never be wrong. He didn't stop there. He said writing a bad review is "ridiculous." So, here it's me doing the ridiculous 😊To be fair, the rooms were nice, but hell, they'd compensate your experience with the worst customer service and trickery.Oh and btw, just look at their response below for a display of how well they manage customer relationships 😉

Nice clean, basic room, but nothing special. We didn’t get even to the rooftop, witch was advertised, because of the ocassion . I thought I booked a breakfast, but in a lobby I found out that I didn’t. Location is far from everything. …

On the up-side: the shower was handy. The room was comfy and clean. On the down-side: the fact that we had to pay a deposit of 100 euros which was going to be refunded to our account. This was a month ago and it still hasn't been refunded. This amount was included in my travel budget and I couldn't use it while travelling. Also the receptionist could be more hospitable.

I booked a room with a double bed at this hotel through Hotels.com.➡️ Let us start with the positives:• Staff is very friendly and helpful 🙏🏼• Restaurant and bar atmosphere are VERY nice. The service is excellent. 🍦• The food: I had the soup. I would say that it was just tasty. However, the pork dish was lovely: pieces of pork were very nicely braised. The mustard sauce was on the sweet side, but also had a tiny tang to it: it married well with the cabbage, which was slightly pickled, (I guess) and balanced the sweetness of the sauce. The small 2 pieces of parsnips had nothing to do in the dish however: either commit to putting some or have them as intruders.• The room, although atypical (it had a column near the bed), is modern, medium to small sized, and convenient. Complimentary water is available.➡️ The negatives:BEWARE:⚠️ ALL THEIR ROOMS ARE TWIN BEDS: it might not bother some, but I strongly dislike it and consider it a scam. They put two twin beds together to make it seem like a double. I was offered to change rooms since the first one did not have any topper, but the second one did. It can be really uncomfortable without a topper and two twin mattresses brought close together because of the gap and the incline. This is a major No No for me. Nobody wants to come from a long work day to a surprise like this and waste an hour working it out!BUT: the hotel offered me a complimentary drink as well as a discount, which I greatly appreciated. The Breakfast is average, with the usual items: box made scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cold cuts, etc, but a good surprise with the veggies. However, do not expect them to make anything for you other than what is already displayed, like fried eggs.

A great place to stay while in Frankfurt, rooms are clean and accommodating. Good location with a 5 minute walk to a train station that will take you wherever you need to go, they give free drink tokens out if you don’t want housekeeping for the day, and the bar is amazing. The view from the rooftop is incredible and so are the bartenders. My friends and I have been traveling Europe and we haven’t encountered any bartenders as cool as these guys anywhere else, super funny and open to talking about a lot of subjects. Milo and Raymond, you guys are awesome!
