This is an excellent location with really nice apartments! There is so much within walking distance and its right next to the main train station. Plus they were prompt to help when we made requests. However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars.First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... They should provide customers with a code to get through the door. Our phones couldn't make calls. We got lucky that someone already staying there was coming back and let us in.Second, our room was SO hot (when it wasn't hot outside!) and the AC in our room didn't work. We asked them to fix it but they said they would send someone and didn't. Unfortunately, the building is right next to the tram line and many bars so it was always too noisy to leave the windows open at night.Third, the location is very noisy. Bring ear plugs.

We stayed for a week at the Brera serviced apartments while attending a work conference in Frankfurt. The apartments are located right downtown near the train station. We had no problems getting around the city, the Lime scooters were particularly easy to use.The apartment itself was clean and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning unit was not working so we opened the windows in the evening to cool off.One downside of the apartments being self-service was there was no easy way to request extra towels/pillows. When we went to check in there was an error that caused us to have to call the help line to get resolved and it ended up taking 20+ minutes to check in and get to our room.Overall, the apartments were a nice place to stay once we managed to check in and learn the neighborhoods.

We reserved studio before came to Germany, when we arrived everything was arranged and ready. We stayed for around 5 months because of good services, great location and fair cost. Also, Andreas as a building manager and Hannah were there to help. They have so politely and friendly manner. I offer Brera to anyone that want to stay in Frankfurt for short or long time.

We stayed at Brera for three nights.The building and rooms look and feel like an old office.A few things didn't work properly (no curtain and no signal in the tiny tv in one room, constant hot air in the other).A very unpleasant cleaning lady came in the morning to tell us to leave at 11:00 in a bad tone.We weren't satisfied and will not recommend unfortunately.

I had a great time staying at the Brera Serviced Apartments in Frankfurt!What I enjoyed:- Amazing location! It's at walking distance from the main train station and super close walking distance to the main attraction points in Frankfurt. Also, there are many stores and restaurants close by. Super nice brunch place right across the street.- Easy and convenient check-in. Everything is electronic, comprehensive and safe. I received the access key through an app, used it to enter the building and then created a keycard on the device on the hallway.- Comfortable and stylish apartment! We found everything we needed and more. Honestly, it's very suitable for longer stays as well, because you have a kitchen with everything you need to cook and store food.- Helpful and friendly hosts! We didn't need to have much contact, but there was always someone downstairs to whom we could go for help. We had some questions about the city tax, for instance, which they were very helpful with. Also, I forgot a piece of clothing in the apartment when I checked out, and the hosts were kind enough to help me retrieve it!

I stayed in Brera Service Apartments on Munchener Strasse for almost 2 years. I think the location and apartments are fantastic. They have everything you need and cleaning was included once per week. The host Andreas always helped solving any issues on site. The value for money was also good for long term stay. I highly recommend Brera

They have really good room Sand top notch service. Andreas was there at reception, always ready to help with any doubt with a good smile on his face. The cleaning team also did a pretty good job. Overall, we had a good stay there for two months! Thank you

The apartment was perfect, clean, in a good location, warm and with a some welcome gifts (sparkling water, coffee capsules, etc) that were perfect for someone new in town like in my case. The building is very nice, it has an elevator, laundry room (also dryer) and a reserved space for trash to avoid any smells. The all hosts were incredible kind (Julio, Alen and specially Hannah). During the first days the internet speed was a bit slow but after mentioned to the hosts they fixed it very quickly. From my point of view is a good place to live for short or long periods of time ( in my case around 2 months) and for sure I will stay with them again in when I go back to Frankfurt.

I've spent over 3 months at Brera Frankfurt Oper and had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, right between the main station and downtown. The rooms are very cosy and clean, the staff is adorable and very helpful, and the weekly cleaning service is on point. I'd definitely recommend staying there whether for short or longer stays!
