Great place near Zurich – a true adventure for both kids and adults! Despite the occasional challenge of bad weather, we had a fantastic experience. The owners were incredibly helpful, and the animals are clearly well-cared for in a respected environment. It's not just for families; it's a place where anyone can relax and spend time in nature. Rural gemWe booked a donkey tour for two children for our daughter's birthday. The contact from booking to farewell was consistently pleasant in tone and manner. The tour itself was very relaxed. Both young and old were involved in the process and we really enjoyed it. The yard is clean. The animals are charming and child-friendly. The environment is peaceful and the owners are welcoming. We'll be back soon for an overnight stay in the straw. Thank you very much Stefan, Fredo and Joshi. Best wishes from Helene and family

This was the first time we took a little break in the canton of Schaffhausen, and not only was the area absolutely fantastic, but the accommodation we chose was absolutely fantastic.As nature and animal lovers, Eselhof Säge was a perfect choice for us. The cosiness of the Swiss countryside (the village of Buch is a little pearl) together with the unique welcome that Stefan and Natalie gave us gave us a fabulous weekend.As a highlight, we were also able to experience a beautiful donkey tour, in which we were able to learn even more about how nature and animals lie in the hearts and souls of our guests, and we could feel this passion several times in the words and gestures of Stefan, who looked after us so warmly.The renovated barn is a real miracle (also made directly by Stefan) and you can spend the night there in a very well-kept and cozy atmosphere.So simply the best grades from us, and we look forward to coming back.Manu and Ari

We spent two great nights in the soft straw with family friends and had a great breakfast. Stefan, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to use the fire pit next to the stream in the garden and experience unforgettable moments at sunset. Our daughters were thrilled by the many animals on the farm and made friends with the donkeys on the walk. We'll definitely be back, but my wife would prefer the cozy room with a bed.

The four of us stayed in the very “homey” room for three nights. We had a good night's sleep and ate like a king for breakfast. The loving details throughout the accommodation round off the BnB's harmonious overall concept. The animals have very nice, well-kept stables and our children had great fun going to the donkeys as soon as they got up in the morning and wishing them good night in the evening. The ride with the lovely animals and Stefan's friendly company was also great fun.
