I booked this hotel with mixed feelings because of the mostly negative comments. And indeed, the first impression was catastrophic. The sight of the hotel lobby upon arrival didn't bode well. You can't even see the lobby. There were Vietnamese people (probably employees) from an Asian restaurant in the same building hanging around and there was a huge amount of disorder in this "reception". When I was able to explain to an older Vietnamese woman that I had booked a room, things finally got better. A very nice German lady came by and led me up the stairs behind the hotel (where things also looked bad) to my room. My astonishment was great. Everything was great, clean, large, very comfortable bed, good TV, even with Netflix, YouTube etc., good WiFi. There was even a hairdryer and a small fan. Conclusion: the bad comments are wrong in my opinion. Of course, apart from the hotel conditions described above. If this doesn't bother someone, the price/performance ratio for the room is right.

Simply underground!!!Room is full of dirt. It's 1am. Think I got the storage room for the employees' quarters! There is loud music playing in front of my room and loud conversations. And 10,000 meters into the wind it smells like food that is obviously being cooked in the room next door!In short, it's not a hotel but a flophouse.

I would never recommend/visit this hotel again. 80€ for one night without food. The room is endlessly dirty. The bathroom is calcified and has mold in the corners. When you enter the room, an unpleasant smell hits your nose. Opposite is a corner bar where loud music plays until the morning on weekends. The phone or other items have never seen a rag and the bed hasn't been made properly either. We really wanted to get out of this shabby hotel as quickly as possible in the morning.

€80 for one night in a room that was not only stuffy and musty but also incredibly dirty, dusty and full of ants. The lady who checked in with us got upset with another guest in front of us because he asked for a towel that evening. Maybe I had a bad day, but in my opinion it's not clear. We only booked the hotel as a place to sleep for one night, but looking back, the free stay at a public train station would probably have been a better choice.

This hotel room (45€ per night!!!) was the dirtiest room you can imagine! The dust mice were months old! The shower was clogged and hair was coming up the drain! The mirrors were also dirty, the pictures, lamps and telephone were completely dusty! The duvets are synthetic, so they cannot be cooked! And the lady who greeted us was simply rude and unfriendly!€5 per night would have been adequate here!I didn't know there were hotels like this in Germany!1 star is definitely 1 star too many!

POOR VALUE FOR PRICE!!We had booked a double room with breakfast. The official hotel entrance was locked and you had to go through the Mandarin Restaurant with all your luggage and ask your way through. The waiter then looks a bit irritated and after asking back and forth several times you are shown to the room. You are then taken past all the guests into the dark hallway to the rooms.A frayed shower mat greets you in the bathroom. In addition to the shower jet leading in all directions in the bathroom, the first impression and the lack of toilet paper match! The room has WiFi, lots of mirrors, old-fashioned bed covers that don't really smell like freshly washed laundry. Unfortunately, the impression continues throughout the entire, albeit short, duration of our stay, although the absolute worst was still to come. The floor of the room left dirty soles and the bedside tables had not been dusted for a long time. Crumbs and dust are the companions. The pillows stink, but the available television programs comfort you at least a little beyond the standard. The rooms are noisy. The absolute hammer was in store for us on the morning of that night because at 9 a.m. the phone rang asking us to come to breakfast now because supposedly (although agreed otherwise) breakfast would only be available until 9:30 a.m. In which hotel do you get called early in the morning and asked to have breakfast? Even if you skip it, it is still up to the guest and no hotel in the world has to wake up their guests for this, especially not on a Sunday morning after Carnival evening... no, not at all. As a trained hotel manager, I am horrified by this situation and I am even more horrified by the price because €80 is extremely unrealistic and does not come close to meeting the standard. For our part, we definitely know the last visit to this hotel!

Unfortunately, the operation of the Chinatestauranr disturbs the night's sleep. The housekeeper is very nice. Unfortunately the beds weren't made quite right. Possible for basic accommodation but you have to deal with the hustle and bustle and noise of the restaurant late into the night. Not for light sleepers.

very good breakfast rooms are clean, the German supervisor of the house is very, very nice woman has her heart in the right place, you can only hope that she stays in this house for a while, we installed a Telekom antenna on the house and it was she gave me breakfast even though I didn't spend the night there. Thanks again
