There is no drinking water heater, the price is 300 thousand, the mattress has lots of spots and the blankets too, there is a drinks cooler but it is dirty, lots of sawang, 😩😩

I do not really recommend this place for those people who bring a lot of family members, because the place itself there's no activity for customers whether they are kids or adults, and the worse thing is that the bed sheets and the pillows are stained with the yellow things which only God knows what is that, I'm not going to continue bragging about the receptionist and the toilets either, because I'm hoping the management will look into this mattes. I'm just letting you guys know that this hotel is strictly not fun for familys.

Well, lemme tell you. I know the meaning of words “worth the price” so i cannot so demanding for get a very good and awesome hotelBut, first atleast for what we paid better you check the bed sheets thats really proper. I booked 4 rooms for my family, and all of the bed sheets is turning yellow. (The color should be white)And also there is a bed bugs 1-3 bed bugs. From my pict also you can check the wall🤭🥹And for the service? I was checked in at 21:00 evening, and the reception is not so humble. I was thinking Soerabaja people will be so warm and humble, but this is different. They not welcoming us like how the service should be at any hotels. I wont come again for second time. Sorry

Satisfied with staying here for 5 days, took the most expensive room for only 250 thousand, breakfast was delicious but paid (25k nasgor & esteh) at 10 pm still had to be delivered to the room. The AC is really cool. Clean bathroom with warm water. The minus is that there are lots of mosquitoes everywhere. The service is also okay, everyone is friendly.

I've given up on staying at this hotel... the AC was leaking, when I woke up in the morning the lights were off, because my family had gone to bed, my child and I slipped because the AC was leaking... the sheets were really dirty, especially the toilet was dirty, like it had never been cleaned... If this owner read my comment, I would complain, especially when my house one day was confused due to a mistake... a guest on behalf of Toni.

"Not recommended", the bed sheets were dirty with lots of yellow spots, the AC wasn't cold, the floor was dusty, the bathroom was smelly. The receptionist, a slightly fat girl, please be polite! I ordered on behalf of Riko F.

The problem was the same, yes, yellow stains on the bed sheet.Judging from previous reviews, there have been lots of people complaining about these stains, yes, everyone's answer was the same "we've made sure they're clean" which is exactly what the hotel staff answered when we complained. If it can't be removed, it's better to just replace it with a new one, try the owner who sleeps on stained bed sheets, don't you think it's amusing.Then, when there is a negative review, the comment will be "Your name was never registered....." even though it could just be your partner who is reviewing this. If there is a review that clearly has proof that the photo is also commented on like that, it means that the hotel management really doesn't want to accept criticismBut because I was still able to sleep soundly, I gave it 4 stars
