It's quite good and pleasant, unfortunately the view in the room is right in front of the water reservoir when the curtains are opened 😄 with swimming pool and fitness facilitiesOnly the rules in fitness should be clarifiedFor example, mandatory shoes, etc.So visitors know.Because the location is adjacent to a swimming pool, sometimes visitors after swimming definitely try the fitness equipment and vice versa.The name for the entrance on the main road (shophouse) is not clear because it is too highSo visitors who bring cars sometimes don't pay attention to the position of the entrance (especially for new visitors)

It's nice to be on the top floor, there is a pretty good cafe, maybe for those going to Tuban Regency I recommend sleeping here

Stay at the front, choose the presidential suite room type, the room view is really good. There is chocolate layer cake and fruit. Friendly staff, good service. Breakfast is delicious. With Ms. Risa's help, the check-in process became easier and was ready to help... Thank youMantepp polll on the 6th floor there is also a gym, an aesthetic pool cafe...

Very bad service! We asked for clean towels because we were staying for 4 days and 3 nights, but they were only given once!!!! The glasses available at the breakfast table were not clean, paper glasses that had been used with lipstick marks were used again for guests, and even lipstick marks from other guests remained on the glasses, meaning they were not washed or thrown away. The breakfast menu is not varied and has a dull taste.

Oh my...my experience & it's enough to stay at this hotel just once. Uncomfortable, unpleasant, from the welcome, receptionist, employees, to the breakfast menu. Again... again.... added with racism.
