This apartment was the perfect base for exploring Rheine Falls. Located right in front of Lidl supermarket, we made full use of the kitchen. The balcony, though small, was incredibly cozy.Using the washing machine and dryer was straightforward with the app and costed extra. Parking right in front of the apartment added to the convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this place.Disliked · It would have been great if we could have oven in the kitchen.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a short trip near Lake Constance. I found the parking situation extremely annoying, 15 EUR to park your vehicle overnight is simply too much given the apartment prices are not cheap, especially since there is hardly any other parking space for several hours. The outdoor air conditioning in the office building opposite is extremely loud, and sleeping with the window open in the summer is a real challenge. The apartment was not cleaned well, there was hair in the bathroom and there was a brown liquid leak in the fridge. The floor lamp was missing a light bulb or LED bulb. The bed is very narrow for 2 people. There was only 1 chair on the balcony. Due to the lack of air conditioning, it was not only very warm and stuffy in the apartment but also in the entire building. The price is too high for me, I'm used to something different. An oven is also missing.

First of all, since it's an apartment, it's very convenient to have Lidl right across the street. Transportation is very easy. Train station, bus stops and shopping center are very close. Everything within walking distance.There are hiking trails surrounded by a stream, a flower garden and corn fields. A must-see is the medieval Hohentwiel Castle, which offers wonderful views. Lake Constance is easy to reach by train. After 3 stops you can plunge into the water. We were very happy with our room. Modern, stylish furniture. We sunbathed and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The fact that there was a factory nearby didn't bother us much. The soundproofing of the windows is good. On hot summer days the room gets hot as there is no air conditioning. If you keep the curtains closed it will be a little cooler. It would be nice to at least have a fan in the summer months. The refrigerator is loud. The bed linen and towels are clean. Kitchen utensils are sufficient. When you first enter, everything you urgently need is ready. For example, coffee, tea, a bottle of water, dish soap, sponge, washcloth, paper towel, soap, shower gel. Checking in and out of the aparthotel is easy. You complete your transaction directly at the entrance. We didn't need any staff. We were very happy with our 6 night stay.

We spent 2 nights here and had a short vacation on Lake Constance.The location of the hotel is practical, it is in Singen, a Lidl is nearby and you can easily reach everything. Unfortunately, the Maggi company is right next door and the machines start running in the middle of the night. Our room was right in front of the company. Very disturbing!!! If you're here in winter and have the windows closed, you might not notice. However, if you are here in August when it is 34 degrees and have to sleep with the window open, you need ear plugs. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, so you have to open the windows.Of course I don't know what the noise level is like in the rooms on the other side.The hotel has 24-hour self-check-in, which I personally find very practical. Employees can be reached by phone during the week, but we didn't need them.The rooms are very nice and modernly furnished. Everything was clean! Everything you need is there. Welcome tea, coffee and water are available.

We were very lucky to live at the Brera Serviced Apartments in Singen with my family for six months and it was a wonderful experience that we will remember for a long time. From the start we felt welcome and in good hands here. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. No matter what concerns we had, we always received competent and warm support.The rooms are excellently equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The cleanliness left absolutely nothing to be desired. For anyone looking for comfortable and warm accommodation in Singen, we can only warmly recommend the Brera Serviced Apartments.A big thank you to the entire team for everything they have done for us. Only here for one night, booked three rooms. Got an upgrade for one of the rooms. Service/reception super friendly. Good location and enough parking spaces available. Rooms all modern and very clean. Absolutely recommended

The two of us stayed in a Brera Services Apartment for one night. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, and super clean. Since the whole house is still very new, there aren't many reviews yet, but that shouldn't put you off at all :) The price-performance ratio is absolutely right!
