Hello management. Ouchhhh. This hotel is actually really good. Cool. Suitable for family guests. The best hotel in Tuban city. The only villa concept hotel that has a private swimming pool. But why doesn't it seem like there's been any maintenance? It's like it's just been left like that until another investor wants to buy this hotel.From the outside, it looks very neglected. The front yard looks like it has never been cleaned, there is no security either.Entering, there is only 1 receptionist. Sitting low in a chair, there is no good Greeting SOP. The lobby also looks neglected. Dusty floor, bar table neglected. There are also chairs that are not neatly arranged.Enter the room section. It's time for the room walls to be repainted, the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, it's time for new towels.

I just want some advice because I'm a loyal customer of Balirich for the owner... it's best to start with small steps... please get it repaired in just 1 room. For the toilet, it's very important that the water is very small. The closet can be repaired so that the dirt can get in quickly. The water runs smoothly. The water is in the toilet. The water from the tap is so small that even taking a shower is difficult because the water is so small. No. 2. Cleanliness. There is a lot of dust everywhere, every time I stay, I have to clean it myself. It's really a shame because the concept of this hotel is good because there is a private pool in each room which the children really like... hopefully in the future there will be continuous improvements because in my opinion this hotel still has profitable prospects in the long term. Review in my opinion:- The villa block is spacious. The facilities are actually complete but VERY UNMAINTAINED. Dust is everywhere and it's not just light dust but more like it hasn't been cleaned. Especially in the corner spots, it's very dirty. Some reviews said the refrigerator was broken, but coincidentally the refrigerator in my room was functioning well.- Entering the room, the room is very spacious and can actually be comfortable if the facilities are adequate. The AC wasn't cold, there was a dusty work desk, telephone facilities were available but the cable wasn't connected, WiFi couldn't connect at all even though there was a TV, so we couldn't even enjoy the TV facilities.- Bathroom, this is the worst and in my opinion intolerable. The bathroom door was jammed so it was difficult to close, the shower water was small and THE WORST THING WAS THE TOILET THAT WAS CLICKED EVEN UNTIL IT WAS DRY. How can there be treatment like this? What's the SOP? After you have made a reservation, don't you check it first? I didn't just complain once, and the hotel didn't offer a change of room or anything, in fact the receptionist was very rude and seemed to question why I was only complaining after a few hours of checking in. Logically, if it's only been clogged for a few hours, IT CAN'T HAVE THAT FUSE AND THERE'S STILL DIRT!!Overall it's very unfortunate, I only got the promo price of around 350k, what about the others who got the price above me?Even if I have to pay more, that's okay as long as the facilities are met. Come on, hotel management, they have to improve the hotel. I think many people are interested in this hotel, when I was staying there and in the room next to me, I could also hear the voices of people spending their holidays at this hotel.

Very very disappointed with booking at the Bali Rich Hotel on June 6 2024, back in 2017 I had booked this hotel for my wedding. Maybe it was new so everything was still nice and neat. But yesterday when I went there it wasn't maintained at all, there were no employees at all when I went in for the check-in process. Dirty and many facilities are damaged

Booked via Agoda, in the photo it looks very exotic, clean, comfortable & very tempting for the discounted price which should have been 1.5 million to around 500, but it turns out...Arriving at the location, the terrace was unkempt, lots of leaf litter, dull & dusty glass doors, the hall was dark, dirty & stuffy, but the staff was quite friendly, just friendly, nothing else.PLUS:The rooms are spacious, equipped with an en suite bathroom.Clean swimming pool.Soft & spacious mattress.Warm water is a fast process.The AC cools quickly in 1 room.MINUSES:The AC was broken in the other room, leaking, noisy & crystallizing ice.The sheets weren't changed, bloodstains & other stains were everywhere, on the blanket, sheets, even the bolster, there was even hair all over.The room floor was very dirty, so we swept it ourselves, borrowed a broom from the receptionist, (& were not offered to clean it).The floor was broken, only covered with cloth for a mat.The toilet is dirty, sorry, there are t*t marks everywhere.The toilet tap is broken, so every time you use it you have to turn the bottom connection first, otherwise it will overflow.Some of the room lights were broken & too dim, nothing was bright.The towels were still wet, whether they were replaced or not, I used all the mats.There are no toilet amenities, not even slippers.There is a refrigerator, it's quite cold, but it's worn out, the lid doesn't close tightly & water always pools in the tray under the freezer. And quite dirty, aka it has never been cleaned & has quite a lot of rust on the outside.There is a stove but no cooking utensils are provided, cooks are told to bring their own pots & pans.Likewise the cabinet around the stove, everything is dirty, there are cobwebs & lots of dust.The sink is also dirty & rusty.Only given a few empty glasses on the tray, even then they were dirty, sorry.The dispenser works well for hot & cold, but the outside is dirty, so I don't want to drink the contents.At night the open area is infested with quite a lot of rats, this is the worst.This resort is actually okay if the maintenance is carried out optimally, the rooms are super spacious, the facilities are quite complete plus a private pool, but the place seems like life doesn't want to die or doesn't want to.Luckily only last night & just for a night's rest.Why don't you complain? Because I came in already tired & wanted to rest immediately, so never mind, I didn't want to waste my energy complaining so much.Just come here once, hopefully it can be improved in the future.I only give 2 stars, 1 because of price & facilities, 1 because of pity.Hopefully the owner reads & is moved.

The pool water is dirty, the environment looks unkempt. The AC wasn't cold, the TV couldn't be turned on, the room was damp, the shower water was very small, the toilet flush didn't work, many of the room decorations were stored in the cupboard. The only plus is the location in the city. Thank God, I got a cheaper price so the frustration can be minimized hehe. Hopefully this can provide suggestions and input for the hotel.

It's a shame to go there but see bad comments, not one or two positive ads, but there are also complaints about cleanliness and management.Actually, this is a good hotel, if it is well maintained and has adequate employees, it will definitely go a long way
