Let the pictures speak for themselves. The hotel is really awful. The photos in the advertisement are completely misleading. The rooms are incredibly dirty. There are sperm stains on the beds and pillows. The smell is disgusting; I still feel nauseous. The walls are covered in snot. They have combined the toilet with the kitchen. They are trying to deceive you. Do not go there!!

The person responsible for cleaning is not particularly skilled and/or thorough. but the bathroom was cleaned every day. Unfortunately, our mini trash can was only cleaned once in 4 days, which is not enough for 4 people.A refrigerator would have been nice. And a little more, cleaner dishes, stored more beautifully too.

I have to honestly say that the only comprehensive review doesn't do the property justice. For the 80 euros I paid for two people, everything was right. The rooms were spruced up in a way I haven't seen in some hotels and everything you could want for a pleasant stay was there. Even towels and shampoos were available. And the hard-to-lock door mentioned in the last review was either addressed or never was. And maybe I was just unlucky, but the area could be a bit problematic. At 3 a.m. I was allowed to witness a loud argument between some men. But the owners can't do anything about it. All in all, it was hard to be okay.

The rooms were great and unfortunately I can't understand the criticism here. The bathroom was incredibly clean and the rooms were very modern. Really great for the price! The only thing that could have been communicated a little better was the parking option. Since the room is in the middle of the city center, you have no way of finding a parking space even at a late hour and are basically forced to park in the parking garage (day ticket €18). Otherwise I really have nothing to complain about. Gladly again 😊

Honestly, what do you expect for the price!? In principle, good price-performance ratio considering the rooms and the location is really great. The bathroom is shared but in good condition and clean. There are even towels and shampoo etc. included. If you want an inexpensive place to sleep in the center: here you go

The building can only be described as dilapidated and although someone has certainly made an effort to make the rooms nice, the rooms are unfortunately completely broken. The curtain rods are almost falling out of the wall and the doors are unlikely to withstand a serious attempt to open them without a key. Possibly suitable for emergency accommodation.

Dear Downtown City Private Room Team, we booked accommodation here last minute because the other one didn't meet our expectations at all.The location is really great, so it couldn't be better, we had room number 11, I would advise you to adjust the door a bit, as opening and locking it can be really laborious :)The TV or remote control is also broken, but that's irrelevant.Rooms are bright, sufficiently large and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. When it comes to the bathroom or hygiene in general, you can say that after two days at the latest you no longer like showering or going to the toilet (unfortunately, shared bathrooms are not always kept clean by all residents), but we were still really, really happy and happy to come again :)

When you arrive you have to get the key from a key safe, which didn't work straight away despite the code and got stuck. The rooms were small but ok. Hygiene could have been better, at least in the places you "can't" see. The two single beds were decently sized and comfortable. The room door (No. 11) was a bit crooked and therefore had a small opening at the top. Opening and locking the door also needs to be practiced first, it's a bit difficult. The shared bathroom is nice and well equipped, only there could be more toilet paper. The location in downtown Fürth is great! The room service in the morning responds very well to requests and suggestions. Absolutely ok for the low price and recommended!

Value for money and service very good. The location is ideal for tourists. However, if you are sensitive to noise, you should sleep with ear plugs or headphones, as goods are delivered to the adjacent pedestrian zone at night.
