The rooms are small, but very clean. It is a quiet place, that allows some really good rest. The employees are very nice and help wherever possible. I stayed there a week and one day we asked one of the employees if we were allowed to move all seats in the reception area together to have a quiet party. It was possible and we had a great time until around 12:30 AM. Ofcourse we left everything as clean as possible. No complains, but this shows that they are with the Guests and not as rule driven as in other hotels. Kudos to the entire team of the Novina Sleep In and big thanks for this stay.

Good hotel to stay in Herzo. Service is satisfactory, with not a lot of fluffware, just the things you need, and that's good because it's meant as a practical hotel not one for luxury vacations or something. If you're staying for work, it's definitely one to consider.

Hotel was overall really nice and clean there is nothing to complain about it. However, the receptionist was very unhelpful. At check-in, payment for the stay was required, even though I had previously selected the option to withdraw the amount from the card at check-out. Unfortunately, I later realized that I was right and I couldn't catch the receptionist because she was rarely there when I was there. The situation was awkward because my boss had to pay for me and the lady, despite trying to talk about it, firmly denied that they did not have such an option. I hope this won't happen to me next time.

İt is price/performance hotel. Room was not clean Hotel is a like a circle with one elevator that you need walk.There is free parking area in front of the hotel.Breakfast is enough that you can have.Also room was narrow for 2 people you dont have area to open your luggages.

Novina Sleep Inn was the best hotel that we visited this year. Everybody are so kind and frendly. One week was great. Kindly I recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to enjoy at breakfast and hospitality. The room was very clean and perfect,you have everything that you need. Stay like that guys we love you.

My room was quite small, maybe because I had just one bed inside of the room, but on the other hand, breakfast was OK and also the price for stay. I stayed there for 5 days /4 nights. The bathroom was also not so big, but for the stay it was sufficient. Parking availibility could be better.
