Given the reviews of this hotel I expected it to be at least good. It is not. I didn't come expecting luxury but I did expect at least a place to get a good night's sleep, decent food and a degree of hospitality.From the moment you arrive there is no feeling of being welcomed or appreciated as a guest. Management is in fact, quite austere and unfriendly.The rooms are more like university dorm rooms with beds that are terribly uncomfortable. There are no top sheets on the beds only very thin, small blankets with odd under-filled pillows that are difficult to sleep on. The food is quite frankly awful and the menu is limited. The only saving grace is that there is a McDonalds within walking distance. Given its location, being close to Adidas and other corporate offices, you'd expect they would have standard features like USB ports to charge a cell phone but there are none to be found. The walls are paper thin. I could literally here the person in the next room closing their curtains.I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere if you are seeking a decent night's rest and a welcoming environment.

We have stayed several times at this hotel in 2023 and this is a good choice!Spacious, clean and modern rooms, delicious breakfast, fitness room, sauna, parking. You can also have a tasty dinner here.At breakfast you can try salmon, omelettes, natural yogurts and other healthy and tasty food.Excellent value for money: for two adults and one two-year-old child we paid 102 euros.

Horrible hotel. There is a door from my room to the next hotel room. I can literally hear the person next door breathing because of the poor isolated door between the two rooms. Why the hell is there a door anyways?!

The location was great for what we were here for and a local town is not far.I cant not fault the service of the hotel Sven Batroff, who works at reception is an amazing person! He is so helpful, kind and considerate. He made our stay awesome, spoke great English and listened to our needs.Thank you so much!

The view was beautiful because of the snow. The food was not bad, loved the stew with gnocchi.However, I wasn’t satisfied with the room. It’s clean but it’s giving hostel vibe.

Good business hotel with good and professional service in close vicinity to the adidas campus. Maybe 200m walk to the Arena main entrance.Positive:+ if you travel alone or by 2, rooms are sufficiently spacious+ breakfast buffet has a good range of choices. Quality is average+ Staff was friendly and swift+ dinner buffet was okayNegative- no ev charging!- my room was too warm and couldn’t be regulated other than by opening the window- parking space was dark. Saving energy at cost of safety isn’t a wise choice.Overall, the hotel is far off from the village. So while it’s perfect for business travelers I wouldn’t pick it for a private stay.Addition:If you read „free mini bar“ don’t expect too much. You will find 4 small bottles of water and juices. This is nice and better than in other hotels who charge a fortune for a water but it’s also not „mini bar“… 😉
