This hotel is definitely not safe if you're with kids! The rooms have no locks!!Firstly we couldn't find the parking, therefore had to park on the street. We were two families with small children and suitcases. When we got to the hotel, which is a block of flats in a residential area, there were flats around it which we had to pass to get to it, there was no reception staff and the lifts were out of order! Carrying children and luggage up two flights of stairs, when we got to the room it was boiling hot! It was 32C outside, the room had no ventilation, no AC or even fans! We requested for 2 rooms with an extra bed, but only got one extra bed in one room. There were spiders and spider webs in our room. Since there were no locks on the doors we felt unsafe to stay the night! Even after calling and emailing they still charged us full price! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The hotel is away in residential unit No elevator, old construction building looks like haunted place. They had no fans in the room in 32 degree. NO door locks from inside so the hotel staff or anyone who has keys can enter. They have no reception even at 9pm and don't pick up the phone. I can go on and on just not recommended in Summer specially.

Nice hotel, close to the city center, problably 7-8 minutrs walking, quiet neighborhood. Rooms were clean, one of the beds was not good, it was just an armchair, that converted into bed, not comfortable one, couldnt sleep on it. Staff was friendly, but most of the time there is no one at reception, when we first came we waited 20 min. Breakfast was great!

Probably the worst hotel experience ever. As i worked in the industry for many years I usually have a lot of understanding for hotels, their workers, faults etc, but unfortunately I couldn't justify this one. Firstly, dodgy area. Secondly there is NO PARKING which was one of the main reasons for us to book a place. We were advised they offer parking however that it was fully booked. I might add that nowhere on Booking.com I could see a note saying parking needs to be booked or that places are limited. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. As it was the middle of the night, we decided to sleep over anyway, but it was a sleepless night. Corridor smelled of mice, squeegy chairs on the way to the room that didn't look the safest, beds extremely uncomfortable (literally couldn't sleep on it after driving all day). No soundproofing. I could hear everything. Bathroom fan extremely noisy and wouldn't turn off for ages. The only good thing was that water pressure was great. On my way to the car in the morning, receptionist stopped me while I was carrying loads of bags and a toddler saying she needs to know a room number. I didn't know it first so I told her I would come back (obviously after I unload). When I did she spoke on the phone, put a phone down just to hear my saying my room number and then carried on with a phone conversation. Without an apology, acknowledgment of the room number, anything...only after I started walking away, she was shouting after me but at that point I had no patience left at all. This is very unprofessional, rude and literally ridiculous for a hotel of that price.

My train was cancelled due to weather and I was stranded in nuremberg, I saw this hotel was 20min walk from the station and had 24 hour check in, I called up to confirm the set up and was greeted by a lovely woman who explained everything to me, I arrived at 3am and it was really easy getting into my room which was just what I needed and they had a bottle of water waiting and some sweets in my room ! I had a great sleep and nice shower in the morning and asked if I could stay a bit longer (late check out) the woman allowed me to stay so I could sleep longer and she was just so friendly and understanding! After a 7 hour train journey it was nice to just be able to relax. Would definitely recommend!!

The stay was good, the room was reasonably clean as well. And covid arrangements well thought through. If you are using the underground parking around the corner from the hotel, inform the hotel and they'll leave the keys for the garage in the room. The host was kind and pleasant.Small improvements can go a long way, the bathroom can do with some shelves. Extremely small sachets of soap is in the room, definitely not enough for a shower. And the floor in room is icky, if you're a bare foot person, I would remember to take a pair of slippers.

We stopped one night at Nuremberg driving from Suhl to Munich Airport. Picked this one mainly due to the location that is near the city, but also convenient to get in and out. …
