I booked very last minute, very late at night. They were waiting for me to check me in and gave me instructions on how to check out. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very friendly staff.

I was a hotel guest one night in August.Rooms are opened using a card.I accidentally slammed the card shut when I leaving the room. There was a disabled person in a wheelchair in the room.I went to the reception and asked for help.Since the reception was no longer working, I called the number left on the door. I asked for help. A spare key would solve my problem.Unfortunately no one helped us.The hotel owner who answered the phone hung up.He knew the situation, he knew that a disabled person was locked in the room and he didn't help. I tried to reach him through other hotel guests who wanted help. Unsuccessfully. The only thing I could do in this situation was to cross the balcony from the next room (3rd floor) and try to open the window.I don't recommend it to anyone.I am surprised and saddened by such attention to hotel guests.Avoid this hotel!!

The worst service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Zero help at all. They pretend not to understand the language. I wish I had called the police because a slammed door with a disabled person in the room and zero response is inhumane behaviour! Avoid this place!

Jura seems like a nice place for some people but they have no idea how poorly they treat their staff, when I went there the first time I thought why they don’t have permanent staff but after one day working there I found out that the managers treat people like they own them and they have no respect for the staff at all!! Especially the tinywiny female manager was rude, ignorant, arrogant and disrespectful. The 4-5 night I spent there was like a year, that’s how bad I was treated, no food, no drinks and no respect whatsoever. I bought my own food and drink and took it to work everyday and no one even cared to ask if I could get paid back for the food because food, travel and accommodation was supposed to be provided but they didn’t even ask for the receipt for the bus ticket to the ferry which was mentioned in the group interview. I can’t explain everything but in that place making money is way more important than anything else. They owe me an apology really.

I booked a room with beds and shower in the building with the name Jura Hotel.Rooms were clean, though with a sort of “low security prison” look. There was a courtesy welcoming bottle of mineral water.Showering is noisy, as always in Germany, because they have a fan connected to the light switch. Noise can be avoided by either showering in the dark or use an alternative light.Do not expect a hotel experience. The building is situated in an industrial area, no staff is there to welcome you. I booked via Booking.com and stayed 2 nights. The price was €138,50 per night, excluding breakfast. That is way overpriced, but a result of supply and demand during that period.Have not seen any staff member during my stay, then 5 days later they charged me a “ no show”.What is this? Avoidance of local tourist tax duties?

A little to expensive for a hotel that mostly offers just a room to sleep in. Very clean room, great that they have rooms with terrace or balcony. Big bathroom. No shower gel or shampoo so bring some if you thing you need. Very important, the coffee machine in the hallway, gives nothing but coloured water instead of coffee. It doesn't even taste like coffee and the only tee it has it's something awful sweet.

I arrived just after 22:00 due to an accident on the autobahn, after travelling all the way from Amsterdam. …

I stayed here on a business trip and never again. Rude host man you had to phone. View of a scrap yard out the back. Air conditioning not working. I didn’t bother with the breakfast to be honest. |Shower had issues and had to be contorted to actually work. Bed wasn’t very comfortable either.

The property is about a 20 minute walk away from the city. Its attached to a mechanic shop, which is somewhat part of the hotel! The Hotel has no reception! there is no one to help if you need anything! Room service does not replace the pillow cases or sheets, not even new toilet paper! They gave me only one room key, then it got demagnetized! for which the owner wanted me to pay 20 euros, and held my stuff in the room hostage! The Restaurant downstairs is not a restaurant, its just never open.out of 5 ceiling fixtures, only one works. The hotel will also charge you 10 euros for a load of laundry, anywhere else its only2!

Can't believe I was charged €148 to stay in this dump. Stuck in the middle of an industrial estate with views over a scrap yard. A bit of paper with some writing on the reception door telling you to phone the most unhelpful man to book in. €2 for cheap nasty bottle of beer which had to paid "cash". Air conditioning not working either. Not a great experience overall. One to be avoided at all costs.
