An awesome place. Everything is clean and new, the rooms are big and bright, the place was easy to find and the check-in wasn't a problem. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars however is because some essentials, like capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher, were missing, but that is a very small thing. I would definitely recommend it.

A place that leaves you with mixed feelings.1) Make sure to leave 15-20 minutes for check in process. You need internet access on your phone to do that, so for travellers that's impossible to do.2) Once you have completed check in, ring doorbell next door at Borghese Homekeeper and ask for cards to open the door, than bring your luggage etc.3) Nearby is only habitants parking. Avoid to arrive with family and everyone storming with luggage in the hand and than wait 15-20 minutes in front of the door, because the lock is not working.Inside is clean, washing facilities 2F hidden in a cabinet in the floor and tumble dryer 3F.Neighbourhood might be scary for some, so watch out.4) Access to the city seems convenient, but it's three stops from city center, nearby parking is withing 200m range.Overall it is marcet as premium Appartment but i would say it's good citizen std. With mixture of some Ikea furniture.This could be perfect but attention needs to be paid for privacy when in H1 ( basement), no day-time privacy curtains so neighbours can see inside etc.No booklet or instructions, everything is via web page. It felt like personal touch got lost.Also be aware when booking, you might get other room than you imagine.My wive wanted the 3-4F maisonette superior room. But when booking it's not mentioned that base floor also has superior room but completely different style.So mention in comment when ordering to avoid disappointed.We learned that someone who booked the night before got the appartment we thought we had booked, not ideal when you travel half way around the globe.

It's horrible! To get into the apartment, you had to go through 7 circles of hell. By the time we figured out check-ins/registrations and so on, we didn’t want anything else. 40 minutes at the door. With 4 children. Why can’t you just open the bell or otherwise make it easier to enter??? this is terrible! Getting inside is more difficult than getting into the presidential administration. But, in fairness... The room was clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. All TVs worked. And, in general, I think the conditions correspond to the price.

Modern apartment, but extremely noisy. Constant noise around the house until late at night. Sleep is only possible with the window closed. Price and performance are disproportionate!

We are very positively surprised by the rooms, the modern handling of the room handover and the service!We had problems with the air conditioning, which is essential in midsummer and in the attic. We went sightseeing with the whole family in Nuremberg. We came across this house because beautiful, large apartments are rented out here. We were not disappointed, the apartment was new and clean. In addition, the location is only 5 minutes from the subway and then only 2 stops to the city center. So perfect for us.

I ordered the accommodation "3-ROOM APARTMENT with KING-SIZE BED and SOFA BED" at the beginning of August 2022 and had mixed experiences. I thought the basic concept was great (modern, contactless, etc.), unfortunately there were problems, especially with check-in and door opening, and the hotline wasn't available (minute-long tape announcements), fortunately the process was apparently monitored, we were called and let in.Unfortunately there were a few problems in the apartment:- the heating system has had a problem for a week and a half, which doesn't necessarily look professional when you come in (we certainly didn't want to heat, so nothing dramatic)- the tray in the oven was still dirty - unfortunately a bit disgusting (see photo)- we still had to cook, but the pots were still in their original packaging and not assembled (see photo) - we didn't do that late in the evening either (who took over the kitchen like that?)- There are no curtains or pleats or anything similar in the kitchen (there used to be some, unfortunately not replaced; unpleasant when you work there in the dark- the freezer compartment couldn't be opened (it's not possible for structural reasons there because of the heating - here too, the question of who would take care of such a fitted kitchen, photo attached) - a shame for us because we actually had frosty things on the way through that we then threw away had to (too bad)-------My feedback was responded to by saying that housekeeping and the caretaker had been informed and that it was not the "desired standard". Not more.We definitely won't book it again, especially because finding a parking space on a Thursday evening was quite difficult (everything was full) and the area was unfortunately anything but inviting.

Clean and nicely furnished apartments. Centrally located, so you can reach the city on foot in just a few minutes. There are also parking options (subject to payment) in the immediate vicinity. Check-in was uncomplicated,...all in all it worked well and I was satisfied. The only thing you should know in advance is that the apartments are in the red light district, which took a bit of getting used to at first, but wasn't bothersome.
