Location was amazing! The setting is story book perfect! Just past one of the city gates and a short walk to the Plonlein. Close to shops and restaurant. Easy walk to most attractions. …

Room was small / tight which was kind of expected. View is great but carrying luggage up and down the steps is a bit difficult if dealing with a large bag. …

Excellent location just steps from a famous viewpoint in the town. Comfortable beds. Well-kept but dated hotel. Super friendly owner/manager. Parking was just across the street. …

We had three double rooms booked through booking and have told them one month in advance that we have three kids with us that sleeps in our beds except one that needs an extra bed. They wrote ok. …

Too expensive for what you get: great location but very small rooms, outdated. The heating did not work altough it was close to freezing at night. Would not recommend.

My family and I stayed here not to long ago and really enjoyed it! The Hotel has a restaurant below all of the rooms, nice little burger place. Didn't eat there but the had good prices. When you arrive to this place you got to pay for parking, either by meter or hotel space. Then you will go into the burger joint which doubles as the reception, broken English was spoken, but we understood for the most part. After checked in they'll give you a key that opens the front of the hotel, front hallway door, and then your room. We got a single queen room, which had a nice European feel to it. The only thing that they didn't have was a mini fridge for our Hefeweisen. All things considered great location right in the walls, short walk to where they give their nightly tours.

Great location, ample parking available. Tiny family rooms, tiny bathrooms. No A/C, very very uncomfortable to sleep. Booked as D. Zemancik.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and we were able to park on the street. The kids used the bunk beds and the main bed was very large. It was well located just a short walk from the main plaza.

The location is perfect, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. The reception desk was the counter at the burger place.|Pros; location, water pressure, hair dryer, has parking across street|Cons: dark/hardly any lights, loud with burger place below and bar across street, room looked like a small college dorm, no safe in some rooms.

Cute little room in the most magical location just behind the famous spot for photos, and just a few blocks from the town square. Downstairs is a superb burger joint owned by the same people ~ which actually doubles as the reception! A little confusing at first, but once you figure it out, they're super nice. :)
