Rooms are nice..am not sure why such hotels they do not consider quietness of the main doors. One can hear each door being opened and closed outside the room. You should wake up at 5:30 am then it would be fine.

I have booked a stay with an option of free cancellation on a given day at 16:00. Unfortunately due to a delay in business trip I had to cancel, and I missed my free window until 16:00, I cancelled at 18:30 and immediately wrote to the hotel via the app that we cannot come with a request to honor the cancellation with refund. My request to not charge us was denied, hotel replied only after the booking date. I understand the denial since I was late but then I have asked the hotel multiple times to honor my request or give us a credit for future stay, since we are coming to to the city for business 2-3 times a year. No response until this day.I don’t like wasting my money, definitely would not recommend this service. There were rooms available, it’s not like our reservation blocked the availability for someone to come. They could have sold this room, but I understand with low season and interest that they preferred to charge us and forget instead of working this out for the benefit of both sides.

I had a wonderful experience here. I received a warm welcome when arriving. Super friendly personal. Clean and tidy room. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. What a great getaway from hustle and bustle city.

Hotel is super clean and on great location. U-bahn station and several restaurants and coffee shops are close by.Negative and very surprising was that there is no room service on daily bases: they don't make your bad, you don't get clean towels, and they don't empty your bin. We stayed 3 nights. To get clean towels and toilet paper you have to go to reception, ask for it and take it to your room (like you are in private apartment, not hotel). They explained that reason for this is that they are Ecco friendly hotel, which is completely fine, but this was not properly communicated upon booking, and I was not aware of this until I get to the hotel. I never leave bad reviews, and I'm writing this only for those people who expect to have basic cleaning services in hotel. If I was aware that hotel won't provide cleaning services, I wouldn't book it. Hotel is definitely overpriced for what they offer.

Unfortunate that this place took a turn for the worst. I wanted to give this place positive reviews and had planned to afte the first 2 nights were mostly positive. But here I am on night 3 at 3am. There is a concert hall right next door, and we were unaware of the fact that there was a party happening tonight lasting until 5am...The thermostat in the room is really just for looks and does nothing to actually cool the room down. Opening the window helps for a bit, but the music is so loud. But the sad thing is that's not even the worst part. They put us in a "non smoking" room. Which is great. But the room is positioned directly above the smoking area. So any time our room is open and someone is smoking below the smell fills our room. Wouldn't really consider that a non smoking room at that point.For those looking to the reviews when deciding to stay here, avoid being being put on a room on the southwest side of the hotel. And also check the website for the concert hall next door to look for events that may be going on during your stay. If you manage to avoid any events and are in the right part of the hotel, I could see this place getting a much higher review. So I hope this review will help others avoid the experience I'm currently having.To the staff of this hotel when they read this review. Please consider those rooms directly above the smoking area when booking people. And consider making your guests aware of any events happening at the concert hall during their stay. So they can at least better prepare rather than being caught completely surprise by the intense bass at 11pm only to find out it wouldn't end until 5am! I hope this review will help you to improve the experience for others in the future.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, had a very nice sleep and dreams here. Hats off for the thought behind the details around the room and the whole place!One of the best breakfast buffet out there! Great selection, quality and taste! Me and my sister really enjoyed the pancake making machine with multiple toppings! Our many family members with totally different tastes all found what they wanted and we all loved the lovely staff that was always there to help with smile on their faces! Amazing atmosphere and service! Will come back again and again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk to the U-bahn station, and from there only 20 minutes ride to Nuremburg Hbf, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional, displaying friendliness and fluency in English that made my stay even more enjoyable. The included breakfast was a highlight - delicious and varied, providing a great start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and delightful breakfast offerings. The restaurants in Fürth, within walking distance if you don't want to go to the city. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Nuremberg, even as a Titanium Marriott member with no status at Holiday Inn.
