The apartment is simply an oasis if you want peace and quiet, like hiking and also have a dog. We love being able to relax and walk with the dog on vacation. Bad Kissingen is nearby, a 10-minute drive away. That's insane. The refrigerator even has 2 ice compartments, which is really good for us because we have our dog.A dining area next to the kitchenette that invites you to eat sociably.Living area with a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen that you can also watch from the comfortable bed. By the bed there is a spacious wooden hanger wardrobe with a large mirror. Everything is very stylish and furnished with love. You really feel at home.The sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a curtain.The bathroom: Super clean and everything new. Large walk-in rain shower in which you can even shower as a couple. What I think is great is a large shelf where you can put all your cosmetic items, something like that is missing even in most 5 star hotels, the toilet is sparkling clean, the sink is large and stylish with a base cabinet in which you can also store things. There is a hair dryer in there. To the right of the sink there is a small cupboard with toilet paper in it. Hand soap dispensers and 2 matching tooth glasses, disinfectant and shower gel are also available. Illuminated cosmetic mirror with magnification. A large illuminated bathroom mirror with pleasant indirect lighting that comes on with a touch on the mirror. Super stylish. As a woman you don't want to get out of the bathroom anymore 😅.Terrace:You feel like you're in the south. The wall is made of rubble stones and so is the floor.There are pots with palm trees on the terrace, which gives the whole thing a Mediterranean flair. 2 loungers and a large table with chairs. You look from the terrace into the garden and through a wall that you can't see because it is so beautifully landscaped you think they are bushes. Also with attention to detail through decoration. The terrace is also lit.Unfortunately it happened to me that I accidentally hit on you and fell asleep tired on the day of arrival, looked at my cell phone in the morning and felt very uncomfortable 🙏.There is a laundry rack and clothes pegs on the terrace and a chest with cushions for seats and loungers. There are also 2 wool blankets and 1 neck pillow in the bedroom closet.You go up 4 steps to the garden, which is great because you can do it through a pull gate so dogs and babies/toddlers can't run away.The garden:You can use it, which is just great. He is so well cared for and a feast for the eyes. You can immediately tell that the owners have an idea of ​​plants and trees, which was confirmed by a conversation with Mr. Kirchner. A beach chair invites you to linger. 2 loungers, a large table with chairs and even a hammock. A fire pit for grilling. And anyone who thinks everything is piled up on top of each other and can no longer walk is thinking wrong. The garden is huge.There are even apple trees where Mr. Kirchner told us that we could serve them. Lots of exotic trees there, which I found very interesting what Mr. Kirchner told us 👌🙏🤩.There is also a path between the fields across the road. If you walk there there is a bench with a table covered by vines. From there you have a beautiful view. It's called the Fliegerbank and as you can guess, the Kirchner family told us that they built it, with the agreement of the village, that they maintain it.We'll be back in August and more often. We have found what we were looking for for a long time. And you are super nice hosts. You feel welcome and we had nice conversations 🫶🙏👋

I really rave about this luxuriously furnished double and single room on the upper floor, which has been designed with the smallest detail in mind. The kitchen is equipped with everything 👍. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, bathtub, washing area and toilet.👍👍 Everything is just great. 👍👍👍 You can end the evening comfortably on the balcony, which is framed by sweet 🍇 red and white delicious-tasting vines. The beautiful bird-friendly garden invites you to relax. Guests are expressly allowed to help themselves to the fruit in the garden. 👍👍. Very nice guest rooms, cozy and very clean, great hosts. Beautifully and quietly located in the countryside

The three of us stayed in the Fliegerbank for one night on our pilgrimage and had a single room and a double room. We found a wonderful, very personally and lovingly furnished accommodation in a very quiet, green location. We had a large, shared bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bathtub. It was very tempting, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time for it. The kitchen was fully equipped, including enough pots, which was great for me because I eat gluten-free and have to cook something myself every now and then. The fridge was stocked with a good selection of drinks. Our dogs were warmly welcomed and provided with cushions, chewing bones and a towel for them. The garden had very comfortable seating, which we didn't use because we were only there for one night. But I saw the “Flieger Bank” a few 100 m away during my morning exercise, a shady seating area in the countryside, lovingly laid out with fruit trees and an invitation to help yourself. From there you can enjoy the sunset with a view of the town and the beautiful monastery church in Frauenroth. Also an architectural gem.There is also a dining option in Frauenroth upon request for several people. At the Gasthaus zum Löwen you can have something cooked upon request. There are also drinks and a very rustic vaulted cellar that is open for larger groups.We will be happy to come back at any time.
