The hotel was dirty and the staff were rude as if they were there as a punishment. The staircase and elevator were smelly and dirty. The room was dirty, the bedding was dirty. They charged 9 euros per person for breakfast, and there was nothing to eat, they offered a disgusting omelette that I wouldn't even give to my dog. There wasn't even a dry bun. I was actually robbed of that money for breakfast. Avoid from afar.

A perfect place for its price and function. Everything is recently and well renovated, clean and smells nice. It was quiet at night, which we did not expect so close to a city centre.The most helpful staff we have encountered possibly ever. They were extremely nice, welcoming and accomodating.

we were there with friends, the service was very good, many workers understand Russian and this is one + for the food. the girl Masha explained everything to us very well. we will go there again but this time with great pleasure

A nice hotel on a good location. It feels basic but it is sufficient for city trips or short stays. The breakfast is not very big but it manages to fill you for half a day. The only complaint was that the bathroom fan continues to spin for 30 minutes after you turn off the lights in there. Ours had high pitch whine sound, it was quite noticeable at night.

The worst hotel I've been. 114€ for a prison cell with a column in the middle of the walking way. The bed clothes were stained with poop. Just by arriving to the corridor of our room we should have sensed that we were arriving to the worst overpriced room we would have been in, with the epileptic light. The matress is very hard, there is no place to hang the shampoo or other things in the shower, no hangers for the towels....

The property is fairly close to the city center however just a little outside, making it better as it’s not super busy around it and neither too loud at night. The room had a balcony which was fantastic and also the hotels has a nice terrace.The breakfast wasn’t too good. Too plain.

The hotel provides only basic amenities, and is located on the top level of a parking garage which i found a bit inconvenient. Also the fact that we needed to wait for half an hour for check in because reception was empty didn't make it better. The location is in the very center of the city though.

Been here and, I must say, its been far easier than renting a flat. The place is definitely clean and sorted. Staff is as helpful as it gets. They helped me with some issues in my room very effectively and professionally. They have the smoothest customer service that I have encountered in quite a while. Looking forward to spending time at the Hardrock Motown City.

Good overall experience.Prior to arrival they responded quickly to all the questions I have, helped us to comply with the Corona regulations (booked via booking.com). It was a bit difficult to find but the location is excellent, the room was good, we really had a nice time there. Great value for money.
