We stayed in the Kormoran holiday apartment with four people for two weeks. The size is suitable for four people and that's about it in terms of positive features. The kitchen is very sporadically equipped; there aren't even pot holders to get hot trays out of the oven. The pots are very tiny and cutlery is in short supply. We had to get new pans from the Warnemünder office because the existing ones were scratched, rusted and totally dirty. The baking tray was dripping with grease and needed to be scrubbed. The bathroom was ok, after I cleaned the shower (there was mold) it was the best thing about the apartment. The mattresses can no longer be described as such, they were so worn out. Reading or playing games in the living room in the evening was difficult because the lighting was so dark that we sat there with flashlights. The sofa was so dirty that I was glad I had brought a blanket to cover it. Overall the apartment was very shabby and dirty. Crawling children would quickly have black hands and clothes on the floor. We don't recommend the apartment because it offers far too little for the price.

A very sporadically furnished apartment.Mattresses were completely sagging. In the bedroom you had to move the beds in order to be able to fully open the closet! There is no drying rack to put on your bathing suitsYou can't turn up the heating in the summer. There are also a few board games for children and adults (for the rainy days.) We know it differently. Holiday apartments in Binz. There is a lot of catching up to do in Villa Seevogel.

Unfortunately, the “Laughing Seagull” is not really recommended. It is functionally furnished and due to its location in the roof and the beams it could be very cozy, but unfortunately there is no attention to detail here. All of this isn't so tragic if you don't want to spend several weeks here, what's not possible are the mattresses found, especially the sofa bed. If you pay for cleaning, I expect it to be in a reasonably hygienic condition. It wasn't the mattress we found.

I wouldn't recommend the Seeadler apartment if you want peace and quiet on vacation. You can hear everything that happens in the apartment above and very loudly. When the windows are closed, you can hear everything from outside as if you were outside. The shower is a true mold paradise. The tiles are covered in mold. The shower head cannot be located and has already seen its years. The bed mattresses were not cleaned for a very long time. You can use the couch after 10 minutes. Push the seats back together because the seat cushion keeps slipping down. Otherwise the apartment's furnishings are sufficient.

Stylish townhouse on Poststrasse. There are four holiday apartments in the house. Not barrier-free as there is only a staircase. Nice garden at the back with two beach chairs. The apartments are contemporary furnished. WiFi via hotspot possible.Good location. Parking from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a fee on Poststrasse.Unfortunately, the impact sound insulation is only such that you can hear a lot from the apartments above. Some with spacious balconies facing the street and to the rear.Shopping in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful, bright, maritime-style apartments of various sizes. But they could slowly be renovated and some mold removal in the bathroom wouldn't be a bad idea. Otherwise very nice.

You shouldn't treat customers like that!We had an apartment in Villa Seevogel, which initially had no objections. But when we forgot our MP3 player, it became clear that this provider doesn't care about customer orientation. A service fee of €19 was initially charged for the return, with the information that the device would be sent freight collect. The shipping was then sent for a total of €18 (for payment by cash on delivery and without prior notice). When you consider that a package including packaging costs around 5€, I wonder where the impudence comes from and 37!!!!Euros are charged. When I asked how such a price came about, I was only referred to the management.Otherwise, it can be reported that these rip-offs also charge money for any other service and rent out baby beds without a mattress, which is completely useless. It's a shame, but that was just annoying!!!With this in mind, I can highly recommend this Vermi
