Were here at Villa Schwalbe for the first time and it was really nice.We were received very friendly by the landlady.The holiday apartment was great, super clean and the equipment was also excellent, old and new furniture combined, nothing was missing and the location is of course really good.Can highly recommend the villa, thank you for allowing us to be guests here.

We have been to Warnemünde many times, but never to Villa Schwalbe with the Lein family. It is the perfect holiday home away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade and the river. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable here with the Lein family. Unfortunately the week was over far too quickly, but we'll be back!

Villa Schwalbe is a gem in Warnemünde, a lovingly restored beach villa that visually stands out from the other houses in the area.The Lein family is a very friendly and warm family. If you don't feel comfortable here, it's your own fault.I have already vacationed in several apartments, the most beautiful ones are of course the ones with a sea view, optimally and beautifully furnished, clean.Thank you for the many wonderful hours in the villa!

A very good, impressive apartment house, well maintained and stylishly furnished with a high feel-good character. You arrive “at home” for an unfortunately limited time.Guests of the house are thrilled.Always worth a trip in any season.Big praise to the “Villa Schwalbe” team.

Super nice apartment right on the beach. You are only a 1 minute walk from the sea. Super friendly owners, communication is top notch and always customer oriented. We always enjoy going to Villa Schwalbe. Also recommended with a dog. WiFi works great, the equipment and furnishings invite you to feel right at home.

The location and the apartment are great!There is not enough parking space on the property for the number of apartments, so it happens that you are parked and can't get out. Could be improved. It is also not possible to safely park bicycles on the property. We were lucky enough to be able to park our bikes in the basement, but when there are strollers there, this is no longer possible.The towels were clean, but very worn.Because of these problems we only gave it 3 stars.These are notes that the landlord could change.

Lived here for work reasons in winter, autumn and spring, with a view of the sea and the park. Such a beautiful house, stylishly furnished with attention to detail, everything sparkling clean. A hostess like I've rarely experienced, who somehow makes everything possible with heart and humor... She's a Berliner who even dives into the waters of the Baltic Sea in winter. Heart for artists,(we opera singers were even allowed to play music here and sing in!) Dogs allowed.. At Christmas: a dream with the huge Christmas tree, wonderful decorations...place of longing, Villa Schwalbe

Very good location, just a few minutes to the teapot and lighthouse. Very cozy and stylish furnishings. The kitchen is also well equipped. Great view of the dunes. Parking space available. I can only recommend it.

This is our fifth time at Villa Schwalbe, every October.We always take apartment 8 with a direct view of the Baltic Sea.We really like Villa Schwalbe, constant improvement of the facilities, super nice owner as well as daughter and service person for problem solving/help.We have already made reservations for 2020.H & W K, Braunschweig

Perfect location, about 500m away from the Hotel Neptun, in the seaside resort of Warnemünde. Great room with a sea view. Super nice boss!Simply highly recommended :)
