Perfect with some drawbacksThis review only applies to the "Schoner" apartment, which takes up most of the attic; Of course I can't say anything about other apartments in the house!The two of us spent a week in the apartment over the New Year. The apartment was perfect for us: a spacious bedroom, a huge kitchen-living room, a hallway with enough storage space and a bathroom with the necessary space. Everything is slanted, but very generous. The furniture was very tasteful and new, corresponded exactly to the photos on the internet and was exactly what we had chosen.Now to the drawbacks: the kitchen and its inventory could use an upgrade. I don't want to go into detail, but most people have probably experienced this before: you move into a holiday apartment for 2-4 people and only find 2 teaspoons in the cutlery drawer, but 3 corkscrews. The ratio of “cups” to “wine glasses” looked similar. The stove takes forever to bring a pot of water to a boil, the buttons no longer have labels on them, and the bottoms of the pots are wavy. As I said: this could be quickly remedied if someone with sense went through the kitchen. This surprised us a bit, because the manager Favorent was otherwise very professional, provided regular information via email, was available around the clock and the employees we dealt with were very friendly and committed. Favorent only took over the apartment in November (?), so maybe they'll take care of it before the summer season.Unfortunately, when we moved in, one of the skylights was broken; We were able to make do for the first night and an employee was on site the next morning.The heater in the bathroom didn't get really hot, but we were able to heat the room from the hallway.Apart from us, only two other apartments in the house were occupied, so we cannot estimate how much you would get from the other tenants under other circumstances. In any case, we enjoyed an extremely quiet week and would come back at any time! The small problems were easily made up for by the tasteful furnishings and the generous size!

The apartment is well furnished for 3 people, everything that was needed was on site, everything was in a good, cleaned condition.The photos on the website and the catalog do not correspond to the current status. In the living room there is an L couch that can easily be converted into a double bed. Unfortunately there is no shower rod in the bathtub. Unfortunately, there is no WiFi in this holiday apartment, as the reception from the main house is not sufficient. If you go into the backyard, that's just how it works. I think the price is a bit too expensive. The bed was a bigger problem for me; it creaked and squeaked every time I moved. Otherwise I can recommend the apartment.

This guesthouse is very centrally located. Very close to the beach and only about 3 minutes from the lighthouse. The shopping mile by the river can be reached in about 2 minutes.The double room is very small, but serves its purpose. You're only there to sleep, otherwise you're just out and about.👍

Location very good, quick to the beach and into town.Unfortunately there are no bedside tables, otherwise ok for a few days
