The location is excellent. The underground car park directly opposite and the direct view of the Baltic Sea are perfect. The breakfast is absolutely standard, nothing special. A breakfast option for people with gluten intolerance was only made possible after multiple requests. But they existed. The room with a sea view was large and spacious, and the many windows made it easy to cool down the room even without air conditioning. Despite being close to the beach, the location is very quiet at night. The price is certainly not cheap but probably normal given the location.

We have been to Warnemünde many times, but this time we decided to stay longer, at the Ostseehotel Warnemünde - and it was a good experience. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Particularly noteworthy is the hotel's staff, who were consistently friendly and accommodating. A special thank you goes to the check-in staff member who immediately made us feel welcome with her warm manner. Every employer is lucky to have such dedicated and professional staff. The breakfast was completely fine and offered everything you could want to start the day well. However, it would be nice if the organization of refilling the food could go a little more smoothly. Nevertheless, the young man who was responsible for the breakfast room, among other things, did an excellent job. His attentiveness and kindness always enriched our mornings.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Ostseehotel Warnemünde, keep it up!

Hotel good - staff lessWhen we arrived at the hotel around 1:30 p.m., our room wasn't ready (not a bad thing), but we were able to leave our suitcases in an unlocked room.We should come back at 3 p.m. sharp. When we did this, the receptionist ignored us for probably 3 minutes and was playing on her cell phone. There was no other greeting or conversation either. The reception is staffed until 6 p.m.The room was very nice, as was the terrace (although you are not allowed to smoke on it).You should be able to walk well as there are only stairs to the hotel entrance. The car can be parked in the underground car park opposite for a fee. However, there are no extra parking spaces for hotel guests there. When we came back to the hotel in the evening and wanted to shower, unfortunately we didn't have any warm water. Since the reception is not staffed at that time, we were only able to complain about this when we checked out. When we kindly pointed this out, the same receptionist just said: “Ah, ok. Nobody has said that today. It’s all a line.”We felt like she didn't believe us.Nothing was offered as compensation, not even a hot drink. As long-time employees in the same industry, we know this differently. When paying, the card machine had no reception. The receptionist restarted the device but didn't move an inch from her chair, perhaps checking outside for reception. The whole thing probably took 5-10 minutes. We were greeted warmly at the breakfast buffet, but much of it was empty and the selection was quite small. All in all: a hotel depends on its staff. We see a lot of potential here because it is a really nice hotel, but with the points mentioned above it is not worth the price.

Conclusion:Great location, ONLY the breakfast staff was nice, helpful and very friendly, rooms modern and stylish. The hotel is good, the staff is catastrophic (an exception💪)1. No response to emails2. The hotel does not provide a luggage unloading area3. Entrance is in the basement | you have to be good on foot4. Open windows mean street, loading and unloading noise (from 6 a.m.)5. Breakfast room small, no windows/view. Buffet often empty, not refrigerated, many drinks for an additional charge, little selection6. Homepage outdated - false promises7. Sauna costs €25 per person, half board says free. See for yourself whether it's worth it🤣8. Room cleaning on request, (It's OK)For us, only the bed was made, not the floors or the bathroom9. Clarifying conversations with the staff were blocked or not taken seriously (just empty phrases)

We booked for a weekend and will definitely come back...The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel and the staff enhance your stay with the lived feeling of a family atmosphere. Even the toothbrushes we had forgotten posed no challenge for the employees... they were handed out straight away and we were able to start our short holiday in peace without having to do any annoying shopping. The evening reservation in the restaurant also turned out to be a perfect landing. Excellent food in a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. Keep it up!

Some time ago we spent a long weekend at the Ostsee Hotel in Warnemünde. The first problems arose upon arrival. We wanted to take a shower, but the shower was blocked, even a plumber had to come. The water ran into the room. The room was small and very loud, in the admission area. We were woken up early in the morning. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. In my opinion the breakfast was very bad, sausage and cheese had already been put on the plates the day before. So they bent upwards, the selection was small, the same stuff you can usually buy in discount stores. There was packaged jam. The breakfast room was rather uncomfortable in the basement and the outside terrace was also below the curb, so very low. There was no view. In conversation with the breakfast guests, they were also of the opinion that the prices in this hotel were totally exorbitant. In the Neptun Hotel or in the high dune, you get significantly more for this money.

We have been to Warnemünde many times, and for the first time in this hotel. We found the stay very nice, our room was clean and completely sufficient, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any employer would be lucky to have such staff. The breakfast is very appealing, fresh and varied and the staff there is also very accommodating, we have nothing to complain about. Keep it up, we'll definitely be back.

The hotel is located not far from the beach, about 2 minutes away. Is in a good location, everything can be reached on foot from the hotel in Warnemünde. I was there with my husband and everything was good

The tips that people leave are divided between the owners of the hotel... The attitude towards the staff is not respectful, i.e. rude.. I do not recommend this hotel... I advise the owners to reconsider the attitude towards the employees..
