I can't understand the bad reviews.Fantastic location, spacious and very well-kept rooms, friendly staff. You couldn't wish for more peace, nature and relaxation and you can hardly find it anywhere else. It is a small complex and not a hotel with tons of rooms, full board and room service, but a place to unwind and enjoy nature.

If you are traveling by boat, an advance reservation is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, just an overnight stay at the jetty with coin-operated machines for electricity (the conditions would be met) is currently not possible. Anyone who still has “old” maps where Porta Elisa is marked with a yellow wave will be disappointed in that they have to register for at least three nights. So not for discovery tours where you always want to see something new. Porta Elisa no longer appears in the new map: the Havelseen water hiking map.In general, the quiet bay is ideal for anchoring.Two stars for our short stay (1/2 hour), which came about due to a misunderstanding that could have been explained more politely. It could have been clarified whether a spontaneous overnight stay, for example without using the sanitary facilities, would have been possible.We are now giving 5 stars for service because the lady responsible took a lot of time to give a detailed answer, explaining the problems, such as: Shortage of staff has taken place. Thanks for that !We refrain from evaluating the place. Our stay was too short. We anchored 200m further.

Here, despite having previously reserved a berth by telephone for an 8-meter-long sports boat on August 8th, 2022, the berth was refused upon arrival because it had been booked differently. So we spent the night outside! The next morning, however, there were still 4 places available including the coin column?!

We spent our vacation from July 25th, 2020 to August 1st, 2020 at the Porta Elisa holiday park.The accommodation was very clean, pleasantly cool in the heat and the heavenly peace and quiet was very pleasant. We felt very comfortable. When the broom broke, a new one was brought immediately, and the two caretakers were very helpful and friendly.Thank you, we can recommend Porta Elisa with a clear conscience.

Apartment spotlessly clean and well furnished. The outdoor areas are extremely unkempt and full of duck droppings that also lie on the lawn and are not removed. I asked hogab management whether my son could stay overnight for a fee. No problem. Since my son is flying abroad, he wanted to stay overnight with Mom again for a fee. Now huge discussion and stress. That would all be deducted from her (manager Hogab) working hours, and there are also problems with the TUI. I would then have to book the whole week for three people. I refused, suddenly she appeared again and asked again if she should make an invoice for my son, but she assumed that she had had a plan to let my son stay overnight. So indirectly the accusation of attempted fraud because I brought bed linen with me three times (since I freeze very easily I have a thin bed once).I once had a thick bed (once for my partner). It would have been fraud if I had let my son stay overnight without paying. But I paid all the bills. I'm just stunned

We were there from March 4th. until March 15, 2019 to relax in one of the houses. We, both with handicaps that make traveling difficult, felt like we were at home. This was not least due to the sensitive care provided by Mr. Kern and the manager of the facility. There were no problems, just solutions for everything and we were unobtrusively looked after. We thank you for that. They showed more attention and willingness to care than we even imagined.The area is wonderful. There are excursion destinations all around, easily accessible. Even our cat felt at home and she is only an indoor cat and we had already prepared that she would be picked up if she didn't like the apartment.If we are looking for a quiet "parking space for the soul" outside of the season, then we will call you.

We were here over New Year's Eve. Great apartment, modernly furnished. The house is located directly on a lake and is in a quiet location. I can highly recommend it for families.
