Perfect for us as an overnight stay as we arrived late into Berlin airport on our way to visit Buchenwald the following day.Rooms are very hot as there’s no air conditioning.Breakfast was good.We didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t comment on those.

Very thin walls, could hear even the people on top walking around. No mini fridge. Plus the worst is that there is an extra charge to use the amenities like pool, gym & sauna.Was also charged an extra "city" tax of 9 Euros when checking out, which seemed odd since it wasn't mentioned at check in.

I want to give 3.5 stars!!! This should be the opening of my review.The location at the lake is cool. If you like nature and have a stroll around or by the lake this is the place.While that was nice on the other side to some stores or restaurant you either needed a car or have a longer walk.The room is nice. I liked the decoration and the art inside.I missed the mini refrigerator.The room was clean.The staff at the hotel was always friendly and nice.The hotel is big and the ways are sometimes combined with a little bit if time. The same goes for the parking area. It's nice that the car has a roof over the top.I didn't have the breakfast so I can't say anything about it.What I always hate is to pay for the gym. Why? Before everything else. I didn't use it and I can't say anything about the equipment.When I have to pay for the gym I tried to do different stuff, have a shorter break or use it sporadic. In my opinion paying for fitness and health should be included in the whole hotel price.And in the end this is why I choose the 3 stars or 3.5 over 4 stars.

I reserved a room at the recommendation of online customers. I will never do this again. The room was super small, without a refrigerator and a cooling system . The breakfast buffet was not properly set up nor tasty. I rarely give such low ratings but for 1 night at $165.00 dollars I would have expected better from a hotel in Germany.

We spent a short vacation of 3 days (2 nights) at the Seminaris SeeHotel Potsdam. Our room was a bit outdated but clean and intact. The breakfast was simple but good. The location is wonderful - only the nearby railroad line is clearly audible.All in all a nice hotel where you can spend a few nights very well.
