Very good location and the rooms are nice. However beware that, opposed to what used to be advertised on booking and on the official website of the hotel, the rooms have NO STOVE! Only a small microwave without oven capabilities. Also the is NO KETTLE!This was a big bummer for me since I planned for a long stay. The manager didn't seem particularly motivated to fix this issue, but at least they gave me 20% discount for this error.

This hotel is in the perfect location, but it is poorly managed with poor service people.Stayed here for 10 nights and I was disappointed with the service I received. There was a mess up with my reservation, and my room was not cleaned and was only cleaned 7 days later. Therefore, only cleaned once during my 10 nights stay. They charged my corporate credit card twice and didn't reply my emails when trying to get them to address the issue. Had to get the bank involved.Stayed here during my 4th visit to the beautiful city of Potsdam, but they made me to not have a great time. If it was my first time I would have thought that Potsdam is not a nice city.

Was a nice place to stay. One building holds two different hotels/hotel style apartments - Acora and The Niu. We were here for four nights, and the only concern was a house keeper knocked on our door, my wife called out hello however they still proceeded to come in. They didn't make it all the way in, before they realized we were still there and didn't need house keeping. Our room didn't have a phone (not sure if any of them came with phones), but was nice that it had a microwave and a place setting for 2.

The location is at the heart of Potsdam, very close to the main station. The room has the same items the way it is mentioned.I suspect to lose my Bluetooth-headset in the reception during the sign-in to the hotel. I asked them to check it in their webcam record; one receptionist replied that the webcam was not in function while another one told me that they checked it their webcam record and didn't notice anything!

Rooms and location good. The train station is directly nearby. The air conditioning could not be turned off overnight. The website's hotline could not be reached because it did not exist. If you have any questions, contact was previously only possible via email. A bit complicated, therefore only 3 points for service. The staff on site was very nice and helpful.

During the InnoTrans trade fair in Berlin we stayed at the Acora Hotel Potsdam for five nights. The location in the immediate vicinity of Potsdam main station gave us quick access to public transport and to the shopping arcade at the station. Our room offered a fantastic view of the Rococo castle. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a variety of delicious, fresh products, making for a hearty breakfast. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Despite the train tracks right next door, the noise was barely audible. There were also excellent restaurants in the area that offered us a pleasant evening meal. The city of Potsdam pleasantly surprised me with its beauty and diversity!

Good location, but not worth repeating. 2.5 stars is not possible, so 2 because I had too many complaints during the stay.EDIT: I initially gave (very narrowly) 3 stars, but if you have to deal with hassle even just before your departure because the payment terminal at the garage only accepts cash, then I think 1 star should definitely be deducted.Service 1*- Service is seriously lacking. The room is supposedly cleaned every 5 days for those who stay longer (which I think is a lot, although not every day is necessary). It is now our 6th day here and we still have not seen a cleaning crew.EDIT: they came by on the 7th day (it was NOT stated ANYWHERE), but the cleaning was more "for the eyes". There was NO vacuuming under the chairs even though they were OBVIOUSLY dirty. We're leaving in a few days and will be staying for just under 2 weeks, so only one cleaning has been done here in all that time!- With the exception of a few people, the counter staff is not exactly friendly, you can't even say hello when you walk by. For example, I thought I had lost an object in the breakfast room. If we report this to the counter, we are turned away, because they know nothing about it. We were even allowed to ask the hall staff ourselves.- We always have to bring our own tea to the breakfast room because the tea from the hotel is always empty and is not replenished. The tea bags are also gone. When we report this, we are simply told that it has run out. This is already at 9 o'clock.- Practical information is scarce, such as about breakfast. If you oversleep here or want to sleep in, you are out of luck, the breakfast service stops between 10 and 11 and not at 11 am as in most hotels.- €15 per night to park your car in the hotel's underground garage. This is a rip off knowing there is no room anywhere else.--> This garage does not clearly indicate where you should go after you have parked your car!- Doors are heavy and close automatically, as do the doors to the rooms. This is annoying and unnecessary.A few plus points:- Excellent location near public transport to Berlin- Spacious (although you can expect this from an "apartment")- Soundproof insulation (hotel is located on a busy road)- Good bed- Hand/make-up mirror available. This is especially good for someone who is nearsighted (although the mirror in the bathroom is far too far away)- Delicious breakfast

Very pleasant house - modern rooms, barrier-free, breakfast possible, spacious parking garage. I felt very comfortable there. Quiet despite the central location at the main train station.
