Don't order here, wow, this is not an accommodation, yesterday ordered via Agoda but it turned out the maps weren't suitable. When I met her mother, I even avoided saying that I wasn't collaborating with OYO, etc., even though we already paid... what about the Agoda application? lucknut, if you don't cooperate, don't put it in, it's a loss like this, I paid but can't put it in!! even after a long journey!! The money isn't much but the energy, time, etc. Wow, I swear I don't like it!! I regret not reading the map reviews before booking!!!

Order via app. Agoda paid via Indomaret, until at the hotel the hotel owner admitted that he was not cooperating with Agoda. I don't know if the thief was Agoda or the hotel?! Really nice!

Very bad service.1. The maps written on gmaps are not correct, and the telephone number information cannot be contacted2. The telephone number registered with Traveloka actually connects to OYO and the map sent to SMS turns out the address is still wrong3. Finally looked for the manual, when I found the one who had it, he didn't even accept it properly, still asked to send proof of order, etc.4. The room was not prepared, instead they were offered to sleep without a mattress, it wasn't very clear5. Waited a long time because the rooms were still being prepared, waited a while, they were told that if the rooms with private bathrooms were gone, just leave the ones outside.6. During the waiting process, those who had their own grumbling were not clear, one of them said that he actually didn't want to be registered on the application because it was still being deducted, so the money coming into him was less.In the end we didn't end up there, we didn't get our money back.Not really recommended.
