I had booked a room at this hotel, but I needed to cancel it because it didn't suit my personal situation afterall.I wasn't supposed to have a refund, but booking gave me an option to write them, askig for a cancellation free of charges. I explained the situation and they accepted my request, which was a kind thing to do.Thank you Haus Willer! I didn't stay at this hotel afterall, but I do recommend it, based on the respect and kindness they show towards their guests.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Since my arrival at the airport was one hour later than the latest check-in time (6,00 p.m.), they first told me that my reservation had been declined, then they sent a second message saying that they could still accept it, but that we should have met at the therms for them to give me the keys. For this, I should have called them by phone upon my arrival. When I did, just following their instructions, they refused to meet me and told me to go to another hotel where I could have still spent my reservation... it was a lie! The personnel of the other hotel knew nothing about Haus Willer, and of course I had to pay again. I wonder how this kind of people still receive the support of most common online travel booking systems: they should be banned from using their services forever so that many travellers would avoid having such awful experiences.

This is not a real hotel. There is no easy way to get here. I missed check in due to delayed flight and there was 0 customer support. When I showed up by taxi, it was just a worn down house labeled “Haus Willer.” DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Attention very dubious, missed check-in at 6pm due to traffic jam and cannot be reached by phone. When I arrived at 9 p.m. I was sent away by the owner. No one would be coming in today! After spending the night in the car I wanted to call someone again but I was constantly pushed away. I reached him in the afternoon with a different phone number and wanted to know when I could come by for the second check in. "I work until 7 p.m." He became insulting on the phone.So that's it, in general it's better to go somewhere else 😅

Apartment is clean and tidy. What really bothered me was that the landlord kept barging into the apartment... I found that very irritating and disturbing.The surroundings were beautiful, but I was a little intimidated.Then it would be better to stay in a normal hotel

0 out of 5 stars!Reason:Booked a single room for 3 days, missed check-in at 6:00 p.m. due to traffic conditions, contacted the accommodation that same evening, couldn't reach anyone (surely understandable in the evening and everything was fine until then),The next morning the accommodation called back by phone, I asked for a check-in for the 2nd and 3rd booked (and already paid!) nights, the man of the accommodation asked for a later call back by phone because he was at breakfast, 2 hours later the gentleman's phone was permanently occupied (pushed me away or switched off the phone?!, there has been no call back to date), email correspondence with the booking platform, Haus Willer no longer let me check in for the 2nd and 3rd nights, even though that The room was still available (can be booked again via the booking platform). I asked several times to be checked in or to have the money refunded so that I could book another accommodation. Accommodation Haus Willer referred me to accommodation in the neighboring village, but without refunding the 3 days of accommodation payment I had made, I just wanted to go Checked in on the 2nd and 3rd night, paid €135.00 for free and I also had to book new accommodation. Unfortunately, not everyone is doing so well financially that €135.00 is worth nothing. A big hole has now appeared here. I tried to find an agreement for 3 days and asked for a solution. Several times.Haus Willer said in the first and only phone call that they had to check whether the accommodation had not been booked again by other people by 5 p.m. The property also refused my check-in for the 2nd and 3rd days, but allowed me to pay. The room remained empty on all 3 days.

Quiet, rural location near Erding.The deluxe room is very comfortable.The shared kitchen has a balcony with beautiful, rural views.
