We booked for a room. Unfortuantly only after booking we noticed that we can't get to the hotel because it's in an low emission area which you need a sticker for on the car otherwise you get fined. We called about this hours before the check-in time. We spoke to an unhelpful employee on the phone who said the police won't look at the sticker but at the car. We told help we don't have a low emission car so we CAN'T get to the location.In the booking com website and app there is NO MENTION of a sticker like this needed, We could not possibly know we needed this sticker to get to the hotel. So this is very unfair.We asked for a refund because even though we wanted to stay at the hotel we simply could not get to it. WE also explained this to your employee and they said a refund is not possible. This is very unfair treatment because we told well on time that we wanted to cancel because it was not possible to drive to the hotel.

Booked a room for leisure travel to Stuttgart.Not a word was mentioned in the description of the hotel nor during the booking process, that the environmental zone requirements of the hotel's location, rendered it impossible for us to legally get there (as we were travelling by car).When we discovered this circumstance, we cancelled the booking and they reached out to the hotel trying to negotiate for at least a partial refund.The so called "customer service representative" replied in a very obnoxious manner that we had to inform ourselves about the all circumstances and that "it is no issues at all with other customers" (which isn't true, of one reads through other reviews) and then they gladly took all our money for delivering nothing.

It was a very cute hotel, close to the stadium/arena. We stayed so we could walk to a concert. There are also restaurants and some bars nearby. The rooms use traditional keys and have minibar and balcony’s. The bathrooms are very modern. I would stay here again if I were back in town for an event nearby.

Location is good for Canstatter Fest. There two nice ladies working, but owner was rude. Staying in a single room. Had some people over, owner came knocking asking why I had 4 other people in the room.
Also it's really hot in the room, no fan.

Visited Stuttgart for the amazing Christmas market and a concert at the schleyerhalle. This Hotel is perfectly placed for both as the tram to the city centre stops just round the corner and takes about 10/15 mins. …

Booked by Internet which said it was a non smoking room, but it wasn't. Every room reeked. The hotelier and his staff smoked like a chimney everywhere. The room was ok. Very basic. In an industrial sector. Couldn't stay there and has to leave after less than a day.
