The room was very clean and cleaning service daily. Unfortunately there is no refrigerator which would have been nice to put water in the summer. The location was very good. Across the street is a supermarket with a bakery. Subway is there as well and open until 11pm. Note that most restaurants close between 9-10pm.The reception provides coffee in the morning. They are understaffed though. Usually only one person for check in and bar/restaurant services.

Modern building close to some shopping facilities. Not far off Autobahn and just a bit of distance from train station. Rooms are small and basic but practical. Small bathroom but good quality. Largish TV with connections. No desk to work at, no coffee making options. Good working air conditioning. Good lighting, movement sensor floor light and nice touch. Breakfast ticked the boxes but basic standard. Outside parking next to building. Ok for an overnight stay.

We only needed a room for one night, before our early flight. For the price of £49 it was perfect. Very clean and quiet room and the bathroom. |The taxi to the airport was around 15 euro. There was a breakfast grab bag option at 5 .00 in the morning for less than 7 euro.

I have never met anyone as hardworking, efficient, professional and capable as these two wonderful ladies! Both Maxine and Elsa have definitely carved a real impression on me that there are still respectable hoteliers in these chaotic times! My creature comforts were well taken care of and they managed to salvage my otherwise disastrous situation.Maxine and Elsa are definitely an Asset to every hospitality industry they chose to work for.

On a bitter note which I must bring to your attention is that after Everyone has gone home and Lisa has replaced them at work; only was I being continually harassed by the pugnacious and belligerent Lisa to leave the premises. …

This is a clean, basic hotel that is perfect for spending a night at! There are parking spots around the hotel that are convenient to find and a grocery store (rewe) that is across the street!Only thing to note, there is not a refrigerator in the room, incase you wanted to bring anything to keep cold overnight. But overall great stay and would come back!

I am very disappointed with my stay at this Moxy location. I generally love the brand but this particular place was short staffed so no kitchen open in the evenings. My air conditioner stopped working while I was here and couldn’t get to sleep due to the heat, they fixed it while I was gone for the day it worked all night and the morning of my last night but then it wasn’t working again when I returned. I would not recommend staying here if you want basic amenities listed on the site. You won’t get them consistently.

Her name is Maxime who helped me check in.This vacation has been tough for me cause of many ttoubles.I am a platinum member of the Marriott Hotels group and a gold member of the Accor and Hilton hotels, but I have never been welcomed anywhere in this trip. The staffs at the other hotels looked exhausted and even disrespectful. But Maxime, her comfort and hospitality greatly comforted and encouraged me when I was getting tired of the mistreatment of European hotel staff. She also said that she has a friend in my country, Korea. If she comes to Korea someday, I would like to return her warm hospitality and kindness somedayThank you very much. Also, the female staff at the bar gave me a warm smile and kindness. Thank you to her, too.The room was clean and just right to stay. The paid parking lot is well maintained and the interior is wonderful. It is best Hotel which I ever stay in this summer.

Decide for yourself after knowing the cons!Pros:1. Good breakfast2. Marriott youth vibes fun ambience3. Clean rooms4. Location: good if you only want to work in or near Vaihingen or in the area near airport. Bad - if you plan to visit the Stuttgart city - it's quite far and you have to walk ca. 900mts to get to the hotel. There is no public transport nearby (at least according to google maps)Cons:Before I write cons, I would like to mention why I specifically chose Moxy for my stay:I had stayed twice at the Moxy in Lisbon (Portugal) and that experience was consistently amazing both the times! Superb rooms, excellent and friendly staff, and best coffee I had in entire Europe!I arrived in Stuttgart at 9am. And I know that you can normally only check-in in the afternoon. But since I knew I had a very exhaustive day ahead of me, I requested the staff at reception to kindly process my booking in the morning itself. So that when I will return in the very late night, I can only SIGN, take the room key and WON'T have to WAIT. The lady was very friendly and accepted my request, gave me a form to fill out and also asked me if I wanted to keep any luggage at the reception until my return (I didn't have any luggage so no problem, but really appreciate gesture). I filled out the form and also requested to have the bill in the name of my company since this was a business trip for me. She also took those details, so that I WONT have to re-share them again. When I came back in the late mid night (at 12:47am), I was expecting to sign the form, take the room-key so that I can rest soon. There was a guy at the reception and he told me to fill up the form AGAIN at 12:47 AM! Wasn't this exactly why I filled it in the morning with fresh mind? I knew I would be too tired..When I requested to search the form he screamed at me: "You have to fill the form, else HERE IS THE WAY OUT!"Is this the way you talk to the customers?Totally unacceptable. I requested him to call his manager. To which he said: "There is no manager, you either fill the form or I will call the police!"So inspite of my planned efforts in the morning, due to their incompetent night-staff, I was forced to fill in ALL the information again in the mid night at 12:47am, when I was barely able to stand and think since (I had started my day at 06:00am...) I was very exhausted after working and later exploring around the city (22.5kms of walking :) and exploring the beautiful city of Stuttgart). If you are reading until now, you now will have full understanding of the cons below:1. Miss-management and no co-ordination between staff members from different shifts.2. Very rude staff (in the night, morning staff is really good). The night shift receptionist came out of the reception desk and he was physically showing me way out, finger pointing, faul words and what not... not at all profesional behavior). When I asked his name, he refused to tell. Not sure if he was even authorized to operate the reception desk that night. He didn't have any ID or name badge / name-ID (the morning staff wore it on their waist). Or maybe he was afraid of losing his job if I get his name, I don't know.3. The room door doesn't double lock from inside! If you shut the door close it locks, but if you turn the Knob below the door handle, it will do nothing. Normally it's there to double lock the door.4. Hard to maintain your cleanliness if you are going to stay for longer period of time - there is no dustbin (Mülltonne) in the room.5. Rooms are very small compared to price (Rooms in Moxy Lisbon are of good size, compared to that this is smaller. You wont be able to fit two check-in luggage bags (23kgs). In short: not suitable for couples for longer stays.)6. Bad reachability to the hotel: There is no public transport in the nearby vicinity. You have to walk almost 900mts to get to the nearest train station.
