I’m very sad because of realizing that staying in a 4* hotel you can lose a personal item simply if you forget it in the room and return a few hours after checkout. I stayed in the hotel on June 25-27. After checking out, I went to the airport and only there noticed that I have forgotten to put my watch on my wrist. Immediately called the hotel and explained the situation. I was convinced that the hotel staff would take my forgotten watch in the room and send it to me by mail. At least this would happen in any other normal hotel. I was shocked when I received a reply from the hotel staff that there was no watch in the room. It was not a very expensive watch, although not cheap (around 3.5k euros), but very dear to me as a memory. It's a shame that a personal item can actually be stolen in a 4* hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners and staff were very personal and accommodating and their rooms are not only very clean and stylish but lots of different layouts to choose from. The breakfast they provide isn't included in the price but is fresh and delicious and worth the price. My family of 5 stayed here for almost two months and occupied one of their larger accommodations that had 3 bedrooms, family room, two bathrooms and full kitchen. When coworkers would complain about being in a hotel for so long, this was not the same experience for us. I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here for any amount of time. <3

We stayed in the 2-bedroom king suite with kids for almost a month before departing Germany. This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was super clean, modern and comfortable. The suite was large and everything was in great shape. We had a large balcony with nice views and fully equipped kitchen. The staff is very polite and friendly, parking and laundry are available on site. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transportation, parks, cafés and everything you may need. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed here in early June for 1.5 weeks, in transition for a short-term move to Germany. I was looking for accommodation with a cooktop so I didn't have to live on college-student meals for the time. This place fit the bill. It is clean, updated, and there is a lift. They clean the rooms 2x/week, which is nice because it is not as intrusive as daily cleaning but still feels like good service. They were very responsive to my requests, friendly, and well priced. Powerful air conditioning! They also have parking if you need it.The location is great for shopping. You're situated between several grocery stores and a shopping mall is catty corner. There's a yummy burger place across the street, and plenty of dining options nearby. Despite this, the location felt quiet.I would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

Firstly, I have to say that this is one of the best, and best value, hotels that I have stayed in.The room was excellent, apartment sized for the same price as a standard room in nearby hotels. No frills like pool or fitness suite, just a huge, modern room with great facilities. I even had a balcony to sit out on and a fridge and hob.Breakfast was also top notch and cooked to order. Staff really friendly and helpful.The reception closes at 18:00. After this time you use a secure app on your phone to get in. I was running late but the reception rang me up and talked me through the process of getting the app and getting in.All in all an excellent hotel and good experience. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

My family and I are staying at the H23 Boardinghouse for now almost three weeks.On arrival we could tell immediately that the hotel is run with lots of dedication and attention to detail. The apartment we stay in is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The sound from the main road is so well blocked that we can not hear a thing from here.We had breakfast a few times and the service as well as the food was very good. Due to Corona times the service in the downstairs cafe is a bit reduced but we are excited to see what it looks like when it is open.The hotel manager was very kind during our stay and is always accommodating our requests. Thanks a lot!
