The hotel is easy to find, but the directions for parking access could have been a little more clear on which underground parking lot provided access to the hotel. Check in was easy. They offer free bottles of water but aren't allowed to take them up to your room. Room amenities were fine, big space, kitchenette with fridge, washer/dryer combo and good sized bathroom.Buffet breakfast available onsite, but for $26/per person we didn't not eat there.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 6-10 minute walk from the station, making it a good and pleasant stay overall. While there was a bit of a mess around that wasn't cleaned well enough, everything else was excellent. The receptionist wasn't very good at communicating, but the breakfast was very good, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Very nice and clean hotel, great location.Reception staff was very helpful.Parking was good, if you know your way.Drive past the Milaneo parking garage on your right until you see a sign for Adina / Premier Inn on your left. When you're at the gate, buss the Adina reception and they'll open it for you.

They seem to value outside customers over guests and when the hotel bar is actually open (which is rare and changes as and when they feel like it) the service is horrendous. Even the manager didn't know how to pour a beer properly. Regular fire alarms which is expected with these types of places but very little direction from the staff that seem to act like every alarm is their first. Wouldn't stay here again even if I wasn't paying.

Was an emergency stay for 1 months - super friendly staff and great rooms. Loved the fact that spa and gym was part of the deal.

I stayed at this place for a month. On the positive side, it offers a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a small kitchen. Additionally, its proximity to the mall and train station makes it extremely convenient. However, there are two major drawbacks: only two small blankets are provided instead of one normal queen size, making it difficult to cover taller individuals. Another significant downside is the front desk charging three euros if you use the coffee machine downstairs, which seems ridiculous for a hotel that charges premium prices pre night but still charges customers for a cup of coffee, which I'm sure doesn't cost the hotel 10 cents. Additionally, a minor drawback is that despite being scheduled for room service twice a week, there was a week when no one showed up, requiring me to call the front desk a couple of times to remind them.

My wife booked the wrong date for our stay, called immediately to ask if they could move it to the correct day but the person we spoke to needed to contact someone else to change the date for us and didn’t get back to us. Then after the date we booked had passed and they informed us that we just lose the booking it can’t be moved and we couldn’t get a refund. Terrible customer service

Did the job but not really impressed. The hotel looks quite recent but the quality of furnishing is average and our bathroom was not very clean. …

Great views from the upper floors and attentive staff. Slightly overpriced for the overall quality. A pamphlet at reception informed us that the hotel's water was being treated with some disinfectant after they found some bacteria in it several months ago, so we didn't feel like drinking the water from the tap (although the hotel claimed it was safe to do so). Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

It was our first time staying at Adina Apartments and I have to say that we really enjoying. The women from the reception were really nice and kind and I really liked our studio for the fact that we had a small place to prepare different stuff and even to wash some clothes. We appreciated the other facilities as the gym and the pool. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept really well, and I liked the design too, elegant casual balanced with a good use of textures. I really recommend!
