The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, and their warmth is truly commendable. However, even their kindness couldn’t compensate for the overall disappointing experience. The hotel’s interior feels uninviting and dim, with rooms that either overlook a noisy highway or a rather bleak garden. The rooms themselves are so poorly lit that even on a bright summer morning, it feels like the middle of November.The amenities were the most disappointing aspect. My partner had to take a confidential call with a client, so I left the room in search of a quiet place to read, as I often do when we travel. Unfortunately, this hotel lacked a proper lounge area; the bar was too noisy, and the lobby was overcrowded. I eventually resorted to sitting on the stairs leading to the conference area, which was far from ideal. It’s surprising that a hotel of this size doesn’t offer a simple business lounge for its guests.The in-room amenities were also lacking, limited to basic soaps and shampoos, which was worse than what you might find in a budget hotel. The towels were old, and one even had a stain.On a positive note, the breakfast was surprisingly good. Despite this, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel in the future.

Great location in downtown. Great service. Rooms are clean, well maintained, and bed is comfortable. The restaurant has a great breakfast, but a little limited for dinner - but the staff was very accommodating. I am sad this hotel didn’t have an elite lounge. Also the pool & hot tub were great (wish the water was a little warmer). But overall, great hotel. Just know that the AC doesn’t turn on unless it’s above 65 degrees outside. I had to make a special request to have mine turned on. It was better than what it was but still a little warm and stagnant air in the room. But I like it cool when I sleep and don’t like to sweet unless I’m at the gym. Thanks for a great stay.

Surprisingly pleasant experience for a chain hotel and its setting. Spa really deserving this name for a change. Spacious, elegant indoor setting, excellent pool, clean and to stay. Would have bought a treatment as well if we d had the time. Clear recommend !

Nice location, but a little tricky to get to with the construction at the train station. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fitness center was nice and had a good variety of equipment available for use. The rooms were a nice size. Upon check in, Sarina was very friendly and professional. We had an issue with our room and Sarina went above and beyond to take care of us and got us moved to a different room. We spent a month in Germany and I must say that Sarina was the best and most professional hotel staff that we met during our stay. She is very pleasant, professional and helpful. I would give the rooms a 5 star, but for the cigarette smoke odor that came from below which was the entrance to the hotel and a smoking area. If you are one that is sensitive to this odor, and I am, I would recommend taking a room in the courtyard or just away from the front entrance. We had to move to a different room for this reason. Nice hotel that I would recommend if visiting Stuttgart.

Rooms are nice and bed is comfortable fridge in the room, teapot. Few minutes walk from hotel shopping center area, and a park. But all around hotel construction going and no view avalanche beside the backyard area grass.

I love this hotel so much. It’s like a case study in customer service. Been staying here twice a year for 12 years. About a week each time. The hotel is impeccably maintained. And always feels brand new. Breakfast is great and huge. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is beautiful but it does not have air conditioning but says it does on their site. We were so hot we only stayed one night and lost the money for the rest of our stay. It’s very nice but I would never stay in the summer after our hot experience.

Very clean, efficient check in (even early with no grumbling) and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast complimentary for Titanium members. Only complaints is that I booked two twin beds but was “upgraded” to a “better” category which ended up having only one bed.
