Rooms are very nice. Properly sized. My room at 7th floor had balcony and two chairs, definitely a plus. However if you need to do some work there is just a chair and a small low round table, very uncomfortable to work with a notebook. Bath products are limited to (good) detergents, no lotions available. The bar at the lobby is great. Overall positive experience.

Very good hotel in downtown Stuttgart near the main train station. Comfortable clean room (with a bay window letting in the sun). Great, lively bar on the ground floor with good drink selection. Nice outdoor garden with plenty of seating.Was very happy with the breakfast.The service was excellent. Impressed by a simple thing: we had left some luggage in storage during the day. When I had to get something from my bag, the reception clerk went with me into the storage room while I did so. Lots of places just let people go in themselves.All in all highly recommended

Rooms are tiny but location is great, right next to the main train station. The guy at the reception told us we got an “upgrade” guess thats what they say to every guest because the room was nothing special same as what I had booked. The lady at the breakfast area needs to chill a bit, too intrusive and lacks manners/etiquette. She should not interrupt while people are serving themselves at the breakfast bar. Wait for the opportunity when people are entering the breakfast area or speak while they are seated on the table.Would only recommend if no other choices in the area.

No trash can and only paper cups in the room.
Breakfast was very basic with sandwiches with condiments and boiled eggs. Nothing else cooked. Good location near city center.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel and our experience was amazing and smooth. Fast check-in & check-out, clean & modern room, amazing lobby with modern bar restaurant and very tasty breakfast. We also used the underground parking nearby the hotel with direct access to it from the inside which was very convenient. I highly recommend it and in general as I have stayed to many Motel One hotels in other locations I have to say that the experience that I get never disappoints me.

Great hotel, right in the city centre. Lovely decorated hotel, bar area is really nice with a fantastic outside seating area to the back of the hotel. The rooms are compact and the bed is comfy. Good choice for breakfast. Would stay here again.

Wifi is not up to handle the amount of guests staying when it is busy. Phone couldnt connect, laptop was dropping out. My Samsung S21 also could barely even get 4g reception. Bar was nice, coffee was decent, but sorry all of you saying breakfast is really good.. from a 'breakfast enthusiast' it was overpriced and average at best. 16 Euro for the buffet with only sandwhiches and fruit mostly, no eggs etc. I walked 5 minutes down the street and got a big fresh breakfast sandwhich with egg, orange juice, iced tea and a redbull for 12 euro. Location was good, lots of restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower was very nice after travelling all day.

Hotel was comfy, nice and clean. The 24hr lounge was the best! We were provided EXCEPTIONAL service from Maisam at the Hotel Motel One Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof lounge. This gentleman was supposed to be finishing his shift, his colleague was late or did not show and Maisam continued to work and provided superb service to all customers still in the lounge and front desk area - with a smile. He was so very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Give this man a raise! Though our stay in Stuttgart was short, we'd gladly come back to Motel One for conversation and drinks at the lounge with Maisam, any day! Beautiful lounge and atmosphere for those passing through or staying for multiple days.
