Welcoming staff in a lovely setting. Room is spacious for 4, including teenage boys, clean and fresh. Dinner in the bar was delicious. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. Colouring was provided much to the delight of my eldest!! Kept him entertained for ages 😂Staff are so important to the atmosphere of a hotel and there is a lovely team here. Thank you.

Travel for work I stayed about 2 weeks here and I will say for first impressions the hotel staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. They help with any request and housekeeping rocks and cleans everything very well! Rooms are nicely sized. I was worried they wouldn't have a hair drier or iron, but they do just like any other American hotel. They also have AC which is a big deal especially when it gets hot in the summer so bonus points for that!Breakfast buffet has a wonderful variety of food which I appreciate and the rest of the hotel is very nice.I also enjoy being so close to the train station a couple minute walk away and you can get on and go anywhere you like quickly which is a huge plus. The negative part of my review is going to come from the fact that Germany encourages not using AC and to open your windows instead, but if you have a room anywhere near the 1st floor with your window view to the backside above the bar, you will hear noise all hours of the night. Being here for several days I have woken up to maintenance being done at 5-6 am with lawn care machines, drunk people at the bar on the outdoor terrace past 12 at night, and constant kitchen noise with utensils clanking while they wind down and clean for the night. It seems like there is always some constant noise that never stops regardless of what time of day it is, it becomes amplified if you open your window which is unfortunate since I wanted to keep mine open with the nice cool 60 f air throughout the week. I am sure you would be fine in any other location of the hotel, but if you are on the first floor and anywhere near the bar or dining room, it may be quite loud and unpleasant.Overall though, I would absolutely stay here again!

The sweetest and kindest customer service we've ever gotten! We checked in for one night. The 2 sweet ladies in the reception was very nice to check us in and one of them helped me getting my bag to the elevator because hands were full. And later in the daytime when we were heading out the front desk receptionist girls were very complimentive to my daughter and made her smile. Checking out the next day, the lady was also super sweet. She worked really hard to correct a charge on our bill. Thank very much to all the wonderful staff.

We stayed here for two weeks to attend the European Championships. The rooms are nice and clean, comfortable beds and a decent shower. The location is excellent, literally 30 seconds walk from a train platform. …

Clean rooms, good breakfast. One item to pick on, the veg and meat momos were swapped/incorrectly labelled. Request you to please look into this, as this is quite important for folks with dietary restrictions and religious reasons.

If I can give absolutely no star, I would.First of all, I have informed the staff that I am allergic to smoke the moment I noticed they had assigned me smoking room. The staff said she will check and revert.By the time I returned to hotel after dinner, the staff did not get back so I checked with another by the name of Leon.Leon came to my room. He questioned my integrity by doubting the fact that I had raised this concern at the time of check in and refused to change a new non smoking room for me just because I have used a towel. It was already late around 11pm, of course I would have used something because matter of fact is that I had asked and was waiting for the staff to revert. I have rights as a customer to use/utilise the room because I’ve paid for it.Leon basically told me to suck it up. He even demanded for a letter from doctor because again, questioning the truth in what I said. . .Ridiculously leaving me speechless and asked me to endure the smell because he doesn’t have anyone to clean the room that I was in.And then not the end of night despite Leon not being helpful. Fire alarm went off because of some idiot trying to remove it.All of us had to evacuate the building and I got locked inside my room because the chain got stucked and it just won’t work…This hotel is a joke. Do not stay!

I just came to hotel late night after long hours flights, there where no soap in shower, no safty box in room, tv remote control didn't work, and most important part there almost no wifi coverage inside the room. If you want to work remotely you should use your phone hotspot or go downstairs and not inside your room unless you will disconnect every 2 minutes. Also there was no "do not distrub" tag or ligh in my room, somebodey came inside my room at 7:45 am!Staff are so supportive with professional and friendly behaviors. In general for a 4 stars hotel under holliday inn brand expectation is much higher than this, specifically for the Internet connection.

Love the 220v outlet in the bathroom instead of just an electric razor outlet. Beds and pillows are comfortable and fresh. Full size iron and board in the closet. Breakfast in the room came on a table with linen cloth...would have preferred that everything was covered, not just the cooked items. The following statement has nothing to do with the rooms: the restaurant menu has changed and is extremely limited but still expensive. They no longer have salmon with grilled vegetables or tapas. Disappointed, so will not eat there further during our stay. We will eat elsewhere.

Stayed here recently as I always do. It isn’t for a reason I call it my second home as I must have stayed here countless times as my profession takes me to Stuttgart often. As IHG gold member always welcomed warmly with a personal note in the room. Was in for a rude shock this time with the behaviour of front desk person. Unable to allow early check in at 2:45pm is a bit odd but the way he chose to deal with it left me with bad taste. He was rude, impolite and displayed poor body language that doesn’t fit hospitality industry at all. He had no semblance of customer engagement and made the welcome experience most unpleasant. Do not let one such impolite staff spoil impeccable repute your chain has around the world. I still rate high as this is one bad experience in many years of pleasant stay.

The blonde hair lady at the reception, definitely doesn’t know how to handle a diamond elite status customer. We only asked for basic benefits for diamond status and she couldn’t delivered. We didnt ask for anything special. Unprofessional attitude and no manners whatsoever. Moreover, the lotion provided in the bathroom is expired as well (pic attached)
