I agree with a lot of others, that this isn’t a 4 star hotel. It’s fine. Rooms are clean at the minimum. There is not much in the way of services you’d get with a 4 star hotel. No restaurant, no bar, etc. It’s all fairly outdated. I left my key in my room and they don’t have the capability of making a new one it seems, so had to have the cleaning staff let me in. Little things like that. The walls are very thin. You can hear pretty much everything. Just don’t have high expectations. At the price, there are better options.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken just when I hurt my back. Very friendly clerk at the desk offered to take our luggage to the third floor (but that was counting besides me pride). …

Retro Stylish Lobby Desk and lounge area. Nice Bar can be rented for private parties and events too. Nice sized room Swedish styled unreturned comfy mattress. Large room with a balcony our overlooked the parking which was fine. Front desk very nice as we had a late check in. Wonderful breakfast buffet in am including fresh breads bagels and lox salmon. Multiple fresh fruits yogurts cereals and many meats and of course eggs. Nice coffee bar . Our room did not have coffee although some rooms do have them available. 24/7 coffee tea hot chocolate at front desk. Small food stand concession at front desk for necessities. All rooms had a very nice toiletries basket including toothbrush and toothpaste nail files. Train stop 1 block from hotel for ease of access to downtown Stuttgart.

Until a few years ago you paid €80 for a room for 1 night including breakfast, parking and a working elevator. Nowadays you can pay €89 for 1 night excluding breakfast, excluding parking and without a working elevator. The only difference I was able to discover is the presence of a tablet in the room. This hotel a 4* hotel? In terms of prices, certainly. Certainly not in terms of quality and service. Bathrooms are dated and dirty, the floor coverings are full of stains, the air conditioning makes so much noise that it cannot be used at night. After using this hotel several times in recent years, it is time to look for a better address.

This place is a very nice place compared to others while visiting Stuttgart. The rooms are a nice size and great air conditioning too. They have a patio attached to your room and even electric shades on the patio for the full blackout effect. I did not try the food but I saw it and it looks very good. This place also has a tablet and just put everything and anything you need to enjoy your stay here and Stuttgart Germany

We spent two nights in this hotel in one of the suburbs/villages of Stuttgart. The hotel is fairly easy to reach by public transport (U- or S-bahn) and a short (5min) walk and is located in a quiet office area. …

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 star rating. The young man at reception was not particularly interested, if not to say grumpy - certainly not a warm welcome. …

This hotel is not 4 star, the staff looked like they didn't want to be there very miserable and snappy, I would rate it 2.5 star. The walls in the room where wood chip! No air con, dated bathroom, the light took a lifetime to turn on, you could turn it on and then have a sit down waiting for it it come on, no tea/coffee facilities in the room, cigarette ash all over the balcony and chairs. Only one pillow each on the bed. Breakfast was awful, warm milk, chicken nuggets, very random! The highlight of the hotel was the free parking.

Walked in and fell in love playing retro music..retro museum pieces in foyer. Staff friendly and helpful. And free car parking to boot. Rooms and cleanliness excellent. Hearty breakfast. This is a once in a lifetime hotel experience that shouldn't be missed..believe me you'll enter and just be happy you booked.
