Nice quiet holiday apartment. Meeresperle 1 with balcony on the west side. Clean and everything you need is there. Two points of criticism: the mattresses don't fit into the bed frame and so one is always sliding around. The fan in the bathroom is very loud and so you go to the bathroom in the dark at night so as not to wake your partner

The accommodation Meeresperle 4, Steinbeck cannot be recommended. The photos attached speak volumes... The fans are completely dirty. The vacuum cleaner could not be used because it was filled with animal hair. The smell in the apartment was bad! There was mold in the shower. The bed didn't have a slatted frame but a board!!!! The view wasn't convincing either; it wasn't there because of the dirt. A complaint to the landlady was a failure, she couldn't do anything about it, she would have taken it over like that... Disaster!!! You can't rent there!

Quiet location right on the natural beach. Great for exploring with the children or making a fire on the beach. A little away from the tourist hotspots. Boltenhagen is only 5 minutes away by car. The property is fenced and also suitable for children. Dogs are allowed and welcome. We played a lot of table tennis. Apartment amenities are standard. Everything necessary was there. However, the arrival time (from the booking confirmation) must be taken into account. The apartment was freshly cleaned by a company that day. The cleanliness was okay. Minor defects (trash bags and kitchen roll were missing that were forgotten by the cleaning company) were immediately remedied by the owner. Our highlight was the snack garden. There the children were able to snack on the fruit straight from the bush.😋It was a nice stay for us as a family. We will definitely come back again.

It was not recommended! Apartment 9 was dirty and very unkempt. There were missing bedding and towels and the bedding that was brought to us had mold stains!The trash cans were full from the previous one and the furnishings were very outdated! The slatted frame collapsed beneath us. The photos on the internet promised more.Unfortunately we didn't feel so comfortable.

Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment with enough space, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, and a sauna in the garden that is easy to useA few minutes' walk to the natural beach with a cliff that invites you to take long walksVery nice landlords who invited us to a delicious “hangover breakfast” at the fire bowl on New Year’s Day

When we arrived, everything above the door code box was full of swallow poop. In the hallway area there was a huge tower of dirty laundry consisting of towels and bed linen from the previous tenant. There was dog hair everywhere in the rental property and dirty dishes were in the sink. There was hair in the sink and in both bathrooms Sand in the shower tray. We cleaned everything ourselves because we traveled with 5 children. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone number during our entire vacation
