It was great fun, but very limited in time. 40 minutes one way and almost 2 hours there and back are only possible with a lot of effort. The people who are “working” have no time to enjoy nature. Leisurely breaks are not possible! If you want to see it as a sports session, you're in good hands here. The price is therefore not justified to sell as a family event if you just have to rush.

Unfortunately not open at the end of September. But the offer is very extensive and cheap. It makes sense to order online in advance.

I did it before Corona and it was all great fun. Now I wanted to book it again with a small group, but no one answers the phone anymore :(

We booked a 3 muscle tour with breakfast and barbecue as a company outing. We were not very warmly welcomed in the morning. There was a minimalist breakfast with baked white rolls in the totally rocky "Bahnhof". The cushions had holes and were broken. After breakfast there was the briefing, which more than half of my colleagues didn't understand due to language barriers. We started with the trolley, only one had to be repaired first. The stay in Schmilau was short but enough to relax. Then we continued on the bike. While some had nothing to step on, others had to struggle for their lives to move forward. This stage was super short. We continued immediately with the dragon boat. The “drummer” didn’t have a drum, just a bouncy ball. Of course it was far too quiet. This stage was endless because we had a headwind. But we had to arrive on time because of the barbecue. From there you could return to the train station on foot or by scooter.Great idea with the scooter because it almost only goes uphill and you push it.The grilling was so underground...The area was completely dark and it was totally cold, even though the sun was actually shining. “Organic meat” was booked but I didn’t notice anything about it.Everything tasted like shoe soles. There was no query whether you were a vegetarian or had other intolerances, neither for breakfast nor for dinner.I did it once 20 years ago and was always happy to recommend it, but that certainly won't happen anymore.

Just for the money! As a group of 14 people, we wanted to hold our company outing here, a storm warning and 24 hours of continuous rain were not enough to refund our money. Ideally we should ride the trolley in the rain and then have a barbecue. Very rude and rude!

Despite a severe weather warning level 3, our fears about taking part in the tour were ignored and a cancellation fee of 90% was charged. Very customer unfriendly and irresponsible. It's a shame that such a big event organizer is so inflexible -_-

We did the two sea tours:Reservation went smoothly (there is an additional star for that)The reception and explanation was very unmotivated. We got a rough map - but you couldn't use it while driving - the rental agreement is otherwise huge (about a large Din A3)The two tandem bikes were technically in rather poor condition. The adjustment options were limited to the saddle, which then also determined the handlebar height for the person behind. We only had an attached spoke lock to lock it.The hydrobikes are really fun and the instruction here was much happier and nicer. We then had to find our own way around the lakes to continue our bike ride. No signs, no information, the entrance is not that easy to findThe whole thing cost 61 euros for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children).Too expensive, even cheaper if booked individually - but then it can be difficult to transition to hydrobikes.Even though we had fun with the hydrobikes, I wouldn't do it again and wouldn't recommend it either.
